The (1) Case and Consequent Decision already established for electing the inaugural
Commissioner of the Union of the Americas (UA), decided a female Guyanese-born Asian of
African descent, and the (2) Acceptance of a five (5) seat commissioners design of the UN
Security Council (“United Nations Security Council” and “UNSC”)

*Melvin Otey, Faulkner University professor per purportion, is quite incompetent and slow in
government and diplomacy and should work clerical work if policymaking is a genuine pursuit,
including in Canada. His belief that Shawn Dexter John isn't the most brilliant and wise mind he
has ever encountered or read, regarding works of any political or legal value also, supports this
conclusion*

(1) The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL have decided that there shall be
no decision made which would deter the inaugural (meaning first) Chief Executive Officer
(Commissioner) from being occupied solely by the directly elected woman correctly
identified (at a later period, decades from the present) as an authentic Guyanese-born
South Asian woman of slight African descent in 2049 (meaning the year two thousand
and forty-nine), not Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris under any alias or
via any representation, for two (2) terms at most,
(2) Shawn Dexter John, under, soon, his masterfully refined official status as Khaled
Sundiata Hassan, will be directly elected by the World Congress (meaning the United
Nations General Assembly upon the establishment of World Government in 2044) as the
inaugural World President, meaning President and Commissioner of the United Nations
as World Government in 2044 as a genius man of some Native American (Amerindian)
and White ancestry and half Black (sub-Saharan African, meaning Negroid),
(3) The historical disenfranchisement of the Indo-Caribbean community and the African
community in the Americas and the plight of women did provide a justifiable argument
toward the resolve and did help win the argument that a distinct program being devised
by the University of Miami - Coral Gables and Howard University (with respect to
 operatives of the Central Intelligence Agency) must decide the sub-criteria of this woman
(adult female person) and that a suggestible platform is acceptable as victorious,
(4) There shall be no purpose of government or social cause which shall deter government,
civil society, and/or the general public from discoursing on the respective matter or any
other political matter which considers emancipatory directive(s), that which teaches
social, economic, and/or political Justice not breaching the trust in community in
Government, therefore this Directive shall stand as commended, affirmed, and
articulated astutely to all relatable parties of implementation,
(5) This particular candidate and endorsee, already guaranteed the support of twenty (20)
Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS), including the United
States and Canada, will be a lawful United States citizen and fixed resident and will be
an alumni of Howard University and Yale Law School,
(6) The government of Guyana is privy to our negotiations and will allow for the particular
female adult to serve as holding dual citizenship and to declare doing so as an incentive
for embracing, continually declaring, and articulating the unbreachable and constitutional
legitimacy of continental citizenship and no borders (non-preclusive of security checks
not bias to citizens, mere residents, migrants, or visitors),
(7) There ought to be no power afforded to any civil society contractor or Office of
government or multi-public affairs which shall decide this resolution, a resolution clearly
decided under global emergency orders, as irrelevant, underwhelming, overachieving,
unconstitutional, unlawful, or unamicable,
(8) The pending General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) shall serve as the electorate of
the Commissioner office, an office which shall respect the supranational constituency (of
national and federal constituents); the respective election shall ensure an equal vote to
each Member State representative without deviation, as is typically understood of
competent and pinnacle chambers of legislature, and
(9) The World President and Commissioner of the Union of the Americas (UA)
(“Commissioner of the Americas”) shall both refrain from authoritarian powers, a
restriction which is customarily imposed onto national/federal Presidents, including that
of the United States, and no duly elected occupant of either respective Office shall
denounce, intently and effectually regress, or discontinue representative democracy
(global, continental, nation-state, or territory), social liberalism, economic liberalism, and
continental Republicanism); there shall be no Eur-Asian Union (EAU or such, political
partnership, or Bloc for reasons of population realities, significant disparities in
accustomed geo-political relations, and the competencies of the European Union and
the West Asia Union directive.
