The following are legal tenets which ought to be sanctioned (meaning authorized) and
implemented thoroughly by the United States Government in negotiating international
diplomacy:

(1) There shall be no implication or reality of a renunciation of independence by any

selected nation-state assuming the status of Associate State of the United States of
America, the Commonwealth of Dominica, the Republic of the Seychelles, and,
eventually, the Republic of Vanuatu, in particular;
(2) There shall be no conflict between the United States federal government and the
national government of any Associate State depriving either and/or their constituencies
of their fundamental rights as known to the United Nations (UN), the General Assembly
of the UN, in particular;
(3) There shall be no guarantee that the independence of either side to related negotiations
will ever demand the prohibition of further integration between the respective two;
(4) The federal government of the United States shall not infer, at any point of discourse,
that the independent thoughts and decided policies of the national government of any
Associate State of the United States is a sign of combat or war motive, guerilla or
conventional, official or covert;
(5) There shall be no denotation, in White Papers, protocols, or such documents (or other
expression) communicating territory-like privileges for Associate State(s) which shall
serve to depreciate, remove (expressly or covertly), or harass the independent nature or
condition of any respective Associate State;
(6) There shall be no related agreement which dissolves the humane culture(s) of either
parties, (1) the United States or (2) the Associate State of the United States and, as with
any other condition of diplomacy, there shall be no [egregiously] competitive or arbitrary
prerogative to classify (or identify) any party as an innate or developed threat to the
humane culture (of either or);
(7) There shall be no abolishment of such appreciation of peculiarities; this sort of
development does not imply that any state or territory of the United States is implicitly an
Associate State of any other country and, contrary to immature, abolished, and reckless
 assertions, does not announce or effect any [independent] Member State or
[independent] Associate Member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) or its totality
as a colony, dependency, or associate state of the African Union (AU), China, Cuba,
Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, or Canada (or any other country [or political community]);
(8) The Commonwealth of Dominica shall not lose its Member State status in the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM), shall not lose its permanent Member State status within either
the United Nations (UN) or the contemporary Organization of American States (OAS),
shall not lose its founding and permanent Member State status within the future Union of
the Americas (UA) as already negotiated, and shall not lose its American Republic
cultural stature when applying independence protocols;
(9) The Republic of Seychelles shall not lose its Member State status in the African Union
(AU), shall not lose its permanent Member State status within either the United Nations
(UN), and shall not be separated from its Afro-Indian/Indo-African cultural activism and
traditions; and

Sub-addendum to the above:

*(10) Attorneys (lawyers) and other legal experts affiliated or associated with government or
contractors shall not effectively, covertly, or slickly serve to deprive any immigrant, foreigner, or
natural-born citizen within any country (of this sort of partnership, any other, or otherwise),
including while conducting activities designing, addressing, or protecting Associate State
stature; there shall be no law, protocol, prerogative, or policy which allows any immigrant,
foreigner, or natural-born citizen to follow instructions sabotaging the good fate of any individual,
which purports lies, which communicated having secrets (secrets not honest or authentic and
undisclosed [as such]).
