The Legal Tenets of the Bottomless Society Doctrine as devised by Shawn Dexter John and its
slight correspondence with the Rainbow Society philosophy devised by the first elected
President of South Africa Nelson “Madiba” Mandela, that which was popularly introduced per its
articulation (by Rev. Desmond Tutu) as the Rainbow Nation

(1) There shall be nor bar on the upward mobility of any race or ethnicity or any individual
within (as well as any other social demographic group); the opportunity for wealth growth
and gains shall be equal to all without offsetting the institutional restitutive package
provided to historically oppressed minorities in removing the convictions and associated
moral debt of respective nations; the restitutive packages shall never result in oppressive
treatment to any race or other social demographic group (primary or residual
beneficiary); no articulation of any theory or policy providing equality for all (moving
forward) without addressing the realities of awful disparities and traditional oppression
shall be respected in its clear flaw outside the equal socio-economic and political
treatment of all segments of the theory,
(2) The Constitution of the United States and federal statutes of correspondence have
proven that what are communicated as parts of the Equality Doctrine were never
proficiently or fully emancipated into actuality when deficiencies and flaws were only
addressed as if they never existed (or were under-addressed) or as if popular messaging
refuting their clear and even predominant reality were valid as conclusionary,
(3) The restitutive priority of African-Americans (immigrant and American-born) and
Afro-Caribbeans (immigrant and Caribbean-born), as developed stewards on the
hemispheric level and stage as utterly impoverished, dimunitized, disenfranchised, and
even criminalized, without us ever signaling that any authorization or implication of ethics
debt (or immorality) transfer is allowed or made condonable whether as active, as a
solution, or as a policy, shall not serve to refute the reality of the fundamental nature of
 the Bottomless Society Doctrine in modernist society and as being representative of
Americana and the Global Society being competently evolved,
(4) There are no purposes associated with any policy of the United States Government, or
the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) specifically, which shall communicate this doctrine
as devised or effectual toward having the races trade places within the economic or
political structure of the United States toward any oppressive or dismissable end or
toward supporting superficial pursuits unbecoming of excellence in academia,
government work, or refinement in approach, obviously,
(5) No tenet, social more, order, directive, or policy of the United States or any other country
of our engagement shall decide any discourse on the restitutive package articulated, that
which will result in the staged but effective atomic (hydrogen) bombing of Manhattan

shall lead to any depreciation in intended effect - we are serious in telling the right
humanist story, removing the moral debt of Europe and the United States Government,

atomic (hydrogen) bombing of Moscow within two (2) to three (3) weeks to articulate its
agreeance with the United States Government in staging the last world war and the
succeeding abolition of nuclear warfare and closed borders,
(6) Non-Blacks shall not be barred from (or discriminated against) toward entering social
classes or conditions of restituted intent in ensuring that the stored judicial judgments of
the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ)
are made obvious and declared by infrastructural, political, social, cultural, industrial,
financial, and intellectual means,
(7) There shall be no communication that the five (5) pending Associate States of the United
States of America, chronologically identified as the Commonwealth of Dominica, the
Republic of the Seychelles, the Republic of Vanuatu, the Republic of Scotland (upon
