(1) World War Three (WW III) (the Global War) has proceeded and will manifest the nuclear
implosion of the entirety of Lower Manhattan (New York City), central Moscow (Russian
Federation), central Beijing (China), and government sector Pyongyang (North Korea).
The staged strikes on Syria and Iraq (and Iran-linked infrastructure) will result in a
coerced declaration of war by Russia (without publication) against the United States and
will lead to the hydrogen bombing of Lower Manhattan purported as conducted by
Russian forces (with hidden technologies revealed at that particular moment) before the
United States' response throughout Eastern Europe and its nuking of central Moscow
three days succeeding. NATO will incorporate all of Eastern Europe within its jurisdiction
and [subsidiarial] sphere within a year with the United States remaining the sole
Executive member state of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) indefinitely
and without perceivable alteration until NATO's negotiated dissolution in a century in
preparing the European Union (EU) for globalist paradigmatic competency. Radiation
removal technology (designed and perfected in San Francisco, California and
Vancouver, British Columbia) will remove all radiation hazards two (2) months
succeeding the staged attacks on Manhattan and Moscow.
(2) There shall be no racial, ethnic, immigrant, or cultural profiling in the United States and
this shall be communicated to all law enforcement and security agencies (and other
public servicers and all social servicers) without rebuttal.
(3) There has been no prosthetic appendage (limb) ordered or purchased by or for Shawn
Dexter John because he isn't of any amputated, deformed, or injured condition or
handicap. He isn't physically disabled in any capacity. No such condition is anticipated

the unbreachable good health and security of Shawn Dexter John at all times with task

location in South Florida shall lead to his re-arrest by INTERPOL in having defied
security protocols and international law and an attempt to re-defend finalized war-related
convictions (tribunal) against Barack Hussein Obama Jr.
(6) The Republic of Venezuela will surrender to all treaties requiring that there shall be no
war activity condoned by any country of this hemisphere against any other of this
hemisphere. No assistance to Russia will be condoned. The arrest of the government
of Venezuela isn't illusory or delusional - all military or guerilla activities have been made
impossible as the United States Navy is appropriated throughout South America and the
