(1) Upon the staged attacks on Lower Manhattan via the atomic bombing of the entirety of
Lower Manhattan (without casualty) and the subsequent evacuation of the entire city of
New York for a five year period (commencing in two to three months), the New York Jets
will be moved permanently to and incorporated within Toronto, Ontario, Canada as the
first Canadian franchise in the National Football League (NFL). The United Nations
(UN), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) have agreed to negotiate the move and will apply comparative law theory (of
competence) without infringing the federal laws of either Canada or, regarding corporate,
travel, and diplomatic laws, the United States. The Canadian Football League (CFL) will
serve as the second tier league for recruitment, developmental, and entertainment
purposes simultaneously.
