(1) iUniverse will be subjected to a civil suit by proper notice within the next few months for
having aided the National Security Agency of the United States (NSA) in falsely
purporting and erroneously communicating Shawn Dexter John as illiterate, in-coherent
(in communication), delusional, incompetent, and unmotivated in life. The published
book sketch, as published by iUniverse, was a covert sketch conceptualized, prepared,
written, and contracted for publication solely (meaning exclusively and without welcomed
breach) by Shawn Dexter John.
(2) Reports that Shawn Dexter John has been subjected to mind-altering techniques by the
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) or another federal party to motivate him or to have him
unknowingly co-author or re-transcribe the work of others are clearly non-sensical,
fictional, and oppressive to the psyche of Shawn Dexter John (and Associates in their
attempt to collaborate amicably with certain factions of the federal government not yet
privy to international protocols on related matters and toward ends communicated via
Shawn Dexter John's publications as presented via his professional blog and via other
means documented by him).
(3) Melvin L. Otey has been identified as having unlawfully (and as a scheme) filed for
ownership rights to The New Societies - Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern
Caribbean model of Commonality in an attempt to falsely, xenophobically, and
maliciously claim that he, Barack Hussein Obama Jr., Karine Jean-Pierre, and other(s)
were part of a covert project to educate the Caribbean on political, social, and economic
matters (with notable compromises) and that these individuals wrote the law review
article version of The New Societies - Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern
Caribbean model of Commonality. These individuals decided that only good character
individuals may keep their intellectual properties when Government becomes involved.
There is no honest or tangible case or competition invoked toward depriving Shawn
Dexter John of his intellectual property as the sole owner and author of both the book
sketch version of The New Societies - Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern
Caribbean model of Commonality and the law review article (legal article) version of the
same namesake (or as purported under other title[s], whether or not identifying Shawn
Dexter John as the author or simply the writer, whether identified as fictional or
non-fictional).
(4) It is accurate that family members of Shawn Dexter John were coerced into stating that
they were or are of certainty that Shawn Dexter John did not author his Works (or
segment[s] of the series of his expositions) after having been coerced into committing to
false statement(s) and choreographed declaration(s) communicating this clear absurdity
with the promise that Shawn Dexter John won't be murdered by law enforcement officers
 (or volunteers) or via the covert or [publicly] expressed acts of the National Security
Agency (NSA), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), or affiliates if they committed to
their related lies.
(5) Identified individuals have decided to place their location coordinates as being of the
same geographic coordinates as those of Shawn Dexter John for falsely communicating
themselves as part of his project or a program known or unknown to him and as
co-author[s] (and/or consultant[s] to the program directors inducing the authorship and
Document transcription of the Works), intellectual properties which these individuals are
clearly and expressly convinced (accurately) as being of Shawn Dexter John's exclusive
and exclusionary conceptualization, preparation, drafting, sketching, authorship, and
ownership;
(6) Rogue international, federal, state, county, and municipal agents (and assistants) have
created a schedule falsely communicating that Shawn Dexter John will enact the
respective procedures and assignments as part of a rehabilitative, re-education, or
government program, schedules designed in having unlawfully hacked into the Central
Intelligence Agency's database and in unlawfully confiscating physical files for
deciphering what his instructions from INTERPOL proponents are, instructions clearly
provided to him toward remaining safe and free in expositing his genuine doctrine
astutely and safely, an assignment which began with his transcription and registration of
ARSI INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH POLICY INSTITUTE in 2008 (while a graduate
student at Howard University); we are certain that staff-members at iUniverse were
complicit to their illegal activities with depleting Shawn Dexter John's deciphered abroad
estate in mind and toward comprehensively providing their nationalist rationale to why).
