We are certain - he is delusional in his false beliefs and irrational assertions as concluded in
having audited him for a decade. Though we have sanctioned Lamar Jackson winning the Most
Valuable Player award in the National Football League (NFL) this season due to his
performance, we are appalled that James Sr. requested that Jackson harass and bully Patrick
Mahomes Jr. out of competing for the award this year (because "he is just a White boy, not a
real nigger" according to James Sr. with this clearly stated in falsely perceived honesty and
certainly not stated for any deceptive purpose) and acknowledgeing his fear of Black players.
Patrick Mahomes Jr. is accurately projected to evolve into being recognized universally as the
greatest football player ever, however, and is under our free custody. (The stated delusions
were not the beliefs of fans with respect to James' retarded conclusions stated earlier above via
just a few sentences - they are honestly of his.)

complementary securities to all residents, as comprehensive hemispheric citizens, without
offending any minority (within or external), without unfairly demeaning the perceptible sectoral
advantages of majority demographics, and without refuting the claims of nationality,
corresponding traditions and cultures filtered to remove unethical imperfections, and their
cultural practitioners. All sectors of our Pan-American culture shall respect the freedoms and
securities of segmented populations, social [demographic] groups, Civil Society, government,
and industries within legal and duly imposed limits not injuring the terms (language) of
continental and human constitutions. Medical practitioners, meaning medical and health
scientists, niche doctors, and physicians broadly licensed as modern technical practitioners, for
instance, shall not serve to abort the humane, [thoroughly] ethical, and beneficial practices of
local medicemen and women, tribal or reservationist based, and shall not suppose that they are
threatened by human development directives rewarding the cultural attributes and contributions
of traditional communities as allowed humanely.

The following legal tenets provide securities for protecting the favorable conditions of all of
humanity, for removing human rights breaches actively practiced (or merely statutorily active),
and for improving our conditions exponentially without ever supposing a breach of our
fundamental rights and advanced legislative and policy complementations to such rights:

(1) It is true that my book sketch and the completed legal article (The New Societies), in
evolving from asserting the protection of both traditional marriages and civil unions in
technical terms (communicated via the book sketch) to protecting all adult marriages
protecting both distinct conditions without deviation in their categorical identification
(communicated via the legal article), both conceptualized and authored by [solely] me,
do not thoroughly communicate that old domestic statutes and codes demeaning the
confidence of non-traditional households (including all ethical relationship types) won't
be removed via General Assembly resolved bills protecting their in-activeness and
procedural dis-qualification;
(2) There shall be no law or policy (of any variation) which shall be allowed to demand any
diminution of the genuine culture of any tribal community (without preserving unethical
elements) and this shall be applied throughout the Americas aside the abolition of all
human rights violations, planned for being enacted within the General Assembly of the
Americas during my first term as the inaugural Commissioner of the future Union of the
Americas (and as the inaugural President of the future General Assembly of the
Americas as innate to the Commissioner's duties and corresponding title);
(3) There shall be no discrimination against or abuse of nature and/or wildlife activists in
their pursuit of preserving and protecting the fundamental elements of nature in their
anticipation and witness of exponential infrastructural development, only positive in
nature and perpetuation, over the coming decades and centuries without regression;
(4) There shall be no claim of illiteracy or incompetence in addressing the minister(s),
official(s), ambassador(s)/dignitar(ies)/plenipotentiar(ies), representative(s), and/or
delegate(s) of any foreign country for disqualifying their lawful claims, for misinterpreting
their legislation and policies, or for misappropriating resource(s) or promissory note(s)
and benefit(s). No such claim or declaration (or any other condition) shall result in
discrimination, the renouncement of partnership, or the rejection of [humanist] diplomacy
protecting human rights directives (and Human Development initiatives);
(5) There shall be no claim that immigrants and migrants, including minor persons (meaning
minors), do not have guaranteed or constitutional rights; no matter the condition, general
or emergency, human rights protections and their legal complementations shall be
respected unequivocally, meaning without deviation; laws and policies communicating
otherwise shall be disqualified, effectively abolished per the due enactment of
continental laws devised by the [future] General Assembly of the Americas and
preceding, during, and succeeding its inception, via domestic organs (and these are not
merely imagined in all honesty);
(6) Fundamental abortion rights will be granted to all citizens of the Americas, including the
people of the United States (USA), in having sadly surrendered to the disqualification of
Roe v. Wade recently; the legislative revolution granting this security as well as others
shall not induce, impose, or promote, covertly or expressly, any military (or militia)
conflict, battle, drill, or war anywhere within the [respective] hemisphere; no
 comprehension of abortion rights shall result in the human rights abuse of developed
fetuses, as considered as such by the international medical community;
(7) We need all Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS) and its future
self as the political Union of the Americas (UA) in two decades to accept the difference
between the terms "foreigner" and "immigrant"; foreigner refers to a visitor within or a
foreign national elsewhere and immigrant refers to a resident of the respective country
from a foreign country; both categories inherently demand the recognition of their full
human rights and complementation;
(8) Women rights, already fully entrenched throughout the hemisphere, will be compounded
by continental legislation, supranational but culturally sensitive to a great particularity as
a custom of the future Union of the Americas (per agreements and plans of the
intelligence and security community), one not offensive to the constitutional laws and
designs of Member Governments and States, meaning the national governments of
Member States and their respective constituency of people, their entities, and their
households); and
(9) There shall be no refutation of the rights of Civil Society activists in conducting lawful
operations and other activist procedures; there shall be no punishment of Government
workers, associates, volunteers, or affiliates in publishing, revealing, testifying to, and/or
witnessing government misconduct including conduct breaching the standard and same
human rights of citizens, mere residents, and/or visitors; no communication with foreign
governments and/or private institutions shall instruct the breach of human rights
regarding that of any individual, group, or any population at large.
