The foundational Legal Tenets are as followed:

(1) The continental currency of the African Union (AU) soon (relatively) to be emancipated
as nominal, within a decade and a half, will be identified as the Afrique or the Afri' (or of
such a derivation),
(2) The continental currency shall serve as standard and without borders within the
continental realm of the African Union (AU) without upsetting regulations and
international (global) trade, commerce, and capital markets,
(3) There shall be no negation of the national or local economies of any Member State of
the African Union (AU) which will be allowed detrimented or disenfranchised by the
official replacement of their monetary currencies via the continental currency,
 (4) The [continental] currency and its use shall require a physical and digital mint and
subsidiaries and an official Treasury system which shall correspond with, compliment, or
immediately affirm the future of Johannesburg, South Africa as the sole capital of the
African Union (AU) upon the ratification of the Constitution of the African Union within
two (2) decades or so per negotiated plans of INTERPOL and the African Union (AU)
aside International Monetary Fund (IMF) operatives,
(5) As can be observed comprehensibly (to a significant effect) within the book sketch
version The New Societies - Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean
model of Commonality published with iUniverse in 2012 and revised/re-published in early
2013 (both un-edited of any significance, by intent and for necessary deception
purposes as authorized per covert orders of the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA] and
INTERPOL) within the suppositional Constitutive Charter of the Eastern Caribbean
States, with all content authored solely by Shawn Dexter John, we communicate that an
integrative Commercial Codes of the Americas (CCA) was theorized by formidable
inference within the Constitutive Charter and complemental notes and shall be
introduced as a fundamental Statute of the future Union of the Americas (UA) though
first implemented upon the EAA's inception in/within two (2) to three (3) years, and
(6) There shall be no miscommunication on the prerogatives of the Americas, as a
consolidating hemisphere via economic and financial agreements (and a respective
continental Constitution) with respect to any sort of comprehensive prerogative which
would discriminate against the standard application and enjoyment of the pre-negotiated
Commercial Codes of the Americas (CCA) by the population of each Member State and
Member Territory of the Americas in common, and
(7) There shall be no office which appropriates any unit which threatens, removes, or
depreciates the future Amero as the sole currency associated with the future CCA
though without impeding or negating world and cross-continental trade and economic
transactions as efficient and effective. Any CARICOM common currency shall support
the commercial, economic, financial, stock, and security industries but will not serve as
the primary or an obstructive (or even existent) currency upon Amero officialization as
the primary and exclusive continental currency of the Americas by 2049.

Notes of Relation:

(1) The [Free Trade and] Economic Area of the Americas (EAA) idea and comprehensive
concept were invented (meaning exclusively created) by Shawn Dexter John (myself)
and we (INTERPOL and the CIA in its entirety) have identified the team of conspirators
who falsified and created falsely purported old and new documents [falsely]
communicating otherwise, with certain documents falsely inferring that Barack Huissen
