(1) There will be a sole Executive Office of the Americas established and made immediately
(and effectually) active upon the signing of the pending [Free Trade and] Economic Area
(EEA) in two-three years with at least 34 Member States of the Organization of American
States (OAS), including the Commonwealth of Dominica, Jamaica, Canada, Argentina,
and Cuba (early enthusiasts), signing timely upon the related Agreement's official and
broadcasted presentation.
(2) This office shall not be colloquially or formally (or nominally) referenced as the
Commissioner Office (an office to be inducted in twenty-five years) or a secretariat
Office. The following legal tenets provide the allowances and limits: (I) there shall be no
breach of the trust developed formally by the Member States of the Organization of
American States (OAS) in accordance with duly enacted laws (national, continental, and
global), (II) there shall be no condition which abolishes the sovereignty and
independence of any independent Member State, including the Commonwealth of
Dominica which shall maintain its independence and sovereignty upon its induction into
the American system as the first Associate State of the United States, (III) the Office
shall serve to superintend the Economic Area of the Americas (EEA) as an organ
sovereign but within the scope, formal jurisdiction, and procedural formalities of the
Organization of American States (OAS), and (IV) this Office shall dissolve upon the
creation of the Union of the Americas (UA) in two and half decades (25 years) and be
replaced in all capacities (as minimal within) by the Commissioner Office of the [Union
of] the Americas which shall ensure that all hemispheric affairs and governance
operations remain within the city of Miami (Florida), the location of the pending Executive
Office of the Americas and then the Commission of the Americas and as the determined
capital of the future Union of the Americas (UA) in perpetuum, and
(3) The North American Industrial Authority, a determined organ of the EEA, will
permanently be located in Los Angeles (California), the Caribbean Industrial Authority
will be located in Kingston, Jamaica, and the South American Industrial Authority will be
 permanently located in the city of Rio De Janeiro (within the provincial state of Rio De
Janeiro) with the Mediation Authority of the Americas located permanently in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. This shall protect the city of New York as the founding and sole World
(Global) Capital of the United Nations as [World] Government in perpetuum.
(4) The future Sports Federation of the Americas will be located in Bueno Aires, Argentina
and it shall serve as its permanent headquarters without possible dissolution. Federated
(confederal) liaison offices located throughout all three (3) regions of the Americas shall
defer to this reality though without diminishing patriotic ambitions respecting ethics,
diversity though toward human singularity, and hope.
