Work Paper: The [Presidential] Commissioner of the Union of the Americas (UA) and a brief
explanation of the UN World Government upon its establishment in twenty years (meaning in
2044) with Shawn Dexter John, born of the Commonwealth of Dominica, a United States citizen
however, serving as the first, whether elected or unelected, President and Commissioner of the
United Nations World Government upon a constitutional Reformative Treaty

INTERNAL BRIEFING: The World Trade Center (WTC), today known as the Freedom Tower
and the totality of Lower Manhattan, succeeding/preceding the total demolition via nuclear and
atomic bombing of central Moscow, will be demolished by nuclear and hydrogen-atomic bombs
purported as dropped by Russian military airplanes on a Sunday night in two (2) to three (3)
months (60-90 days) upon total evacuation already being planned in recognition of UN Security
Council resolutions (purportedly sealed to the civilian world). The mass execution of Ukrainian
civilians and the detainment and abuse of migrants in the United States have led to the
Judgement which shall result in the global ban of atomic weapons (in hopes that no rogue
nation is oppositional).

sensical provisions I provided in protecting anti-terrorism within the sketch, for instance before

Yes, the Organization of American States (OAS) is slightly political (semi-political) in considering
the function and operation of the General Assembly, the General Secretariat, and
resolution-making abilities, theoretically, of the Summits of the Americas - this is understood.
However, a political reformation will occur in two and a half decades resulting in a thoroughly
political and economic union, one under the title Union of the Americas.

This [completely effectual and non-ceremonial] office would serve as the [sole] Chief Executive
Office of the Union, most likely supplemented by the Chairpersonship instead of a secondary
Executive division highlighted in the New Societies (in having focused primarily on the Eastern
Caribbean). (Popular election concept[s] would not be prohibited in the election of the Chief
Executive in the long term in supposing initial elections via national legislatures.)

Within the system of structural governance, concerning economic and political integration, the
Commissioner office, formally identified as the Commissioner of the Union of the Americas (UA),
will refine certain facets of governmentalism. Moderating responsibilities is noted, supervisory
and managerial skills are exemplified, and niche executive work is prioritized in the model
presented still.

as astute political apparatuses, meaning ones we are trained for, ones which are
accommodative of the contemporary realities of regions and the global community based on
scientific approaches.

We, as a political culture, anticipate a revolutionary reformation of the United Nations (UN) in
about half a century, when continental unions are fixed operatives of the global system, and
expect the transformation of the Secretary-General office of the United Nations into the
President (and Commissioner) office of the United Nations as an operable government of the
World in twenty (20) years, popularly elected upon the syndicated and [globally] popular signing
of the Reformative Constitution on World Government of the United Nations (UN) in twenty
years. This is part of the natural progression of human civilization apparently. This evolutionary
blueprint is rational and is based on notable scientific theories, not conjectures.

(1) With acceptance and the growing prominence of supranational executives, conventional
notions of the application of executives will be applied to supranational Executives
including the style of title upon instances of re-convention, re-constitution, and
refinement. My usage of the term Presidency is allowable and chosen for the Global
Chief and is practical, but "Commissioner", with the mitigative powers anticipated and
theorized with respect to its function within unions of States (nations and territories), is
more appropriate. My usage of "Commissioner" was strategically employed to denote
the slight peculiarity of the Executive Sector of supranational constructs of continental
stature in respecting World Governance without offense. No inference toward vacating
Executivism, that associated with contemporary politics and government, was intended.

Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama, provide a template for the activism of occupying
