Legal Tenets of the upgraded and finalized Decision to have the physical General Assembly of
the Americas (GAA), upon its inception (in 2026), meaning the legislative parliament of the
Americas as a singular edifice, be made permanently located in the town of Marigot in the
Commonwealth of Dominica near the Kalinago (Carib) Territory, with the new international
airport scheduled to be completed as modernist in design and accurate construction

(1) There shall be no existent aim to move the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) to
any other town, city, or country (now or later),
(2) The old plan to build the hemispheric legislative edifice in South Florida has been
aborted without renouncing the permanent designation of Miami, Florida as the nominal
and official capital city of the Americas and, in 2049, the location of the Commission and
correlative Commissioner (Chief Executive) of the Americas,
(3) There shall be no ploy or directive to remove the City of New York as the designated
global Capital City of the United Nations (UN) as World Governance upon its inception in
2049,
(4) The Organization of American States (OAS) will dissolve the current OAS General
Assembly upon the opening session of the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA)
predictably in 2026,
(5) The Commonwealth of Dominica shall be labeled the first Associate State of the United
States preceding the inaugural opening session of the General Assembly of the
Americas (GAA) as the immediate successor of the OAS General Assembly,
(6) There ought to be no affirmation of any prerogative to replace Congress, any other
Member State legislature, or the United Nations (UN) General Assembly by any session,
output, or permanent operation (or function) of the General Assembly of the Americas
(GAA),
(7) No constitutional document or statute shall be interpreted as precluding or opposing the
right of every nation to form (a) political and economic treaty with other nations and with
territories and (b) the corresponding Governance Structure regulating and directing its
condition, activism, laws, policies, and customs,
(8) The Commonwealth of Dominica shall not renounce its right to function as an
autonomous and sovereign nation-state within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM),
the pending EAA and future superintendent-ive Union of the Americas (UA), and the
United Nations (UN) as a full Member State with each, and
(9) The flag of the Commonwealth of Dominica, unchangeable moving forward, shall stand
aside the flag of the Americas (to be re-designed within years) at every session upfront
before the seated representatives of the countries and territories of the Americas,
meaning the customary nation-states holding membership within the Organization of
American States (OAS) and territories (constituent countries) within the [non-old-world]
hemisphere.

Related notes:

*(10) All Member State sovereign flags shall be poled permanently and securely outside the
General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) building in Marigot, the Commonwealth of Dominica
without offense.
*(11) All Member States, conventional and protocol, shall be allowed to participate only equally
in this legislature,with respect to the sole hemispheric legislature of the Americas, without
allowing any pathological, systematic, or effectual subjugation or domination of the
Commonwealth of Dominica and/or its Government (or that of any other country or constituent
state).
*(13) The Equality of State allows for the Commonwealth of Dominica to serve as the sole and
permanent host of the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) without considerable or
significant threat, competently under safety codes, and toward the proper end of merging the
pursuit of the hemisphere (with respect to geographic, size, population, and political polar ends).
