Legal and Political Tenets of Universal Theocracy (though under Popular Democracy,
Democratic Law, and non-Religious Mandate), Spiritualism, and Faith as a Fundamental Sector
of Utopia; the Faith-based community shall be intrinsic to the Order of Integration

The Political and Legal Tenets are as follows:

(1) There shall be no purpose, law, or policy of Government or Civil Society which shall
relegate religion or spiritual faith to any backward convention disqualified from equal
protection, rights, and celebration,
(2) There shall be no provision of law, protocol, or policy which denies any believer or
practitioner of religious or spiritual faith (or the lack thereof) any power or right to
disempower government or the private sector from expressing faith or lack thereof in
religion or spiritualism though without removing it as fundamental to society and as
operative as a non-authoritarian activist in Government without superintending the State,
[whether] nation-state, regional, Continental, or Global,
(3) The separation of Church and State principle is communicated here but of a special
evolution not depreciating or dimunitizing the fundamental principle of modernity;
Inter-faith universalism, in respecting both religion and atheism, in respecting both
monotheism and agnosticism, without devolving the global predominant culture of having
faith in God and His Mercy, provides itself a fundamental space within the councils of
advisory and issued mandates, precisely those of supranational authorities and their
corresponding Unions,
(4) There shall be no bar (meaning effectual ban) on daily, regular, periodic, or multi-annual
conventions of the spectrum of religious faith within one structural setting collectively (of
any diversity of instances) and no policy which de-appreciates or stunts the singularity of
the knowledge and faith in the force of good which rules the fate of the World per its
representative God alongside His (meaning my) tutorship to humanity and His (meaning
my) issue of comprehensive mandates devised for ensuring good’s ultimate victory,
(5) All policies of Government and Civil Society shall refrain from identifying religion and
practicing members as inherently or predisposed to being terrorist or unbecoming of
 modern society and all religious (faith-based) organizations and Offices shall refrain from
labeling, identifying, and/or categorizing secularism and its activists as terrorist in nature
or effect,
(6) Any and all laws and policies shall communicate assent to the Constitution of the
respective unitary State, nation-state or otherwise, whatever the United States shall
invest in, that which acknowledges that the pursuit of the United States Government to
create a universal community following the dictate of God, led by his moral genius,
message, and sacrifice as Christ in Nazareth, aside his other fundamental internal
sectors as Buddha, Yahweh, Brahma, and Allah, with their fundamental personality each
denoted as foundational to orderly and duly refinable society,
(7) There are no accords of any consideration which shall remove the Order of Integration
as illusory or detrimental to any state, community, or population and no perspective of
Government shall serve to deny global perfective development toward achieving Utopia
and toward all individuals and communities being trained to become perfected in their
instantial and perpetual interaction with each other (without denigration or regression),
(8) There shall be no court or council which shall rule over any community or population
which applies religious scriptures and not nominal law, public or private law duly enacted
by Government, in designing the World Government and the Union of the Americas (UA)
and special residential communities within, and
(9) There shall be no pursuit of any church, temple, synagogue, or other religious center or
community which disrespects, denies, or disenfranchises the constitutional Government
of the respective State which serves the humble standards of the United Nations (UN)
though ethical dissent or reformation are allowed toward constitutional ends.

Note of Relevance:

(1) I, Shawn John, am the Being known and acknowledged as God, the honest Creator of
this universe. My current identity, gained from birth in January of 1985 and born of the
Commonwealth of Dominica though American in citizenship, meaning the identity as
Shawn Dexter John, has never defrauded this reality - my purported sabbatical in testing
humanity and Government (a sabbatical now ended and certainly the last of my
sabbaticals), did not serve to disillusion any government on Earth because all will
prosper in the long term based on the foundations provided over the preceding 10,000
years of my organized tutor to humanity.
