supremacy of Yale Law School (of Yale University in the State of Connecticut), and the
re-education of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM)

mere prophecy, mere prediction, or of any level of conjecture. They are nominal in effect and
factual. The publications are comprehensive decisions authorized toward being communicated
by Shawn Dexter John and are authorized and mandated as employed by the United States
Government and INTERPOL (alongside their networks)

The Legal Tenets of the respective matter were authored per the request of the Central
Intelligence Agency, INTERPOL, the United Nations General Assembly, and the Security
Council of the United Nations:
(1) Howard University shall educate and guide without offense or harm the future inaugural
Commissioner of the Union of the Americas (UA) in 2049, meaning with her as nominal
Chief Executive, a multiracial woman already identified as being of both South Asian
(Indian) and slight African (Black) descent and of Trinidadian or Guyanese birth (and a
pending biological mother of biological offspring of Shawn Dexter John), though an
American citizen and resident simultaneously; this resolution allows us to easily elect
Shawn Dexter John as the inaugural World President as a bonafide American of African
(Black) predominantly and White (indigenous European) genetics though of a purported
quarter Native American lineage (and in being purported as being born of the United
States territory of Puerto Rico and in being astutely purported as being raised in the
state of Florida): the first (meaning inaugural) Commissioner of the Americas will be an
female alumni of Howard University officially with this celebrated by the minority
community in hopes of leading the world as astute globalists;
(2) Howard University will be noted, in accordance with infrastructural, success, and
acclamation realities, as a top 100 global university and a top 30 American university
trained toward excellence in representing the emergence of the African-American
community (of the variated spectrum) as the most affluent community on the planet by
the end of the thirty year period now incepted, a humble but seriously commendable
project of guaranteed success, we are certain;
(3) Yale Law School will dethrone Oxford University's Faculty of Law as the premier law
school in the world and consistently so based on statistics, endowment, success,
influence, affluence and clout, and its immersion into the expansion project of Americana
worldwide; it shall be international in perspective in serving as the cover chief advocate
institution of the future Supreme Court of the World as a fundamental organ of the World
Government of the United Nations (also to be known as the UN Government or UN
World Government or colloquially as the World Government) upon its inception in 2044;
the University of Oxford will ensure that the European Union (EU) re-admits the United
Kingdom of Great Britain as a full Member State within 16 years and that it serves,
naturally, as the leading European proponent of the common law system of
Americo-Briton jurisprudence which shall tutor global juridical/judicial procedures and
jurisprudential protocols without barring the valuation of civil law imprints in their
modesty;
(4) Yale Law School shall present Shawn Dexter John, publicly and via global broadcast, as
Yale Law Journal's first President in a year and a half (mid 2025) under the corporate
alias his chooses for himself (as detailed) and that his African-American identity is
consequential but not dismissive of its focus on [encompassing] global issues;
(5) Yale Law Journal shall award Shawn Dexter John the award of leading the Law Journal's
effort to serve the Supreme Court of the United States as lead advocate entity of a
private capacity and to liberalize and diversify the overall university's culture;
(6) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will be trained by the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL to remove any awkwardness in its political and
jurisprudential approach in hosting the Agency's (a) infrastructural and cultural growth of
the University of the West Indies and it's regional system as the lead activist entity to the
Supreme Tribunal of the Americas with Howard University its equal partner under
 equality accords and (b) its refinement of the cultures of the Caribbean into global
competence, progressivism (that which respects non-extremist conservative and liberal
activism concurrently), economic astuteness, middle class sensibilities, and American
allegiance as a political ally awarding the United States diversified clout due to
CARICOM's lack of a military culture and intent;
(7) CARICOM (a regional community of political and economic competence) will be polished
to serve as the lead caucus of the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) (within the
future Union of the Americas [UA]) per hemispheric and restitutive negotiations; ASEAN
will serve as the lead caucus within the future Parliament of the Asia-Pacific as a
developing regional community of political and economic competence and shall serve to
provide the Australian Aboriginal community as the most affluent (meaning of meaningful
wealth and clout) demographic within the Asia-Pacific moving forward upon our
denotation of Asia-Pacific nominalism in a few decades (in accentuating miraculous
growth and changes globally);
(8) These institutions and communities shall support the African Union (AU) in serving the
world as the most competent caucus within the future World Congress (UN General
Assembly in 2044) in leading the globe toward clarity; its credo of forgiveness and
redemption in challenging the status quo and in leading the humanist message and Civil
Society exceptionally will not be denied or withdrawn from our fundamental protocols as
an intelligence, political (multi-public), and security community; and
(9) There shall be no illusion accounted or encountered by any related entity or activist in
association allowed to misinterpret this authorized protocol of the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL in leading the United States and the global community in
sync.

*(10) There shall be no resolution, treaty, accord, Act, stature, regulation, rule, or policy which
removes this protocol as constitutional per American assessment and interpretation.
*(11) Barack Huissen Obama Jr. will not author the Constitution of the Asia-Pacific or such, per
a peculiar revision on related matters which does not harm the policies of the CIA authored and
now published by Shawn Dexter John, but he will be commissioned to author the new Australian
Constitution and to design the new Australian flag with Aboriginal advice. He is the biological
son, in secret, of Black South Pacific Islanders who worked within the Australian system. He will
deliver the authored Constitution of the Asia-Pacific as authored by Shawn Dexter John, as
Shawn Dexter John is the sole author snd transcriber of these Work Papers and Reports, under
a covert commission with the backing of Australian and American task forces.
