in Hong Kong toward its benefit and for promoting, founding, and asserting democracy on the
mainland for establishing [secondary] parties removing the mandate of Communist
administration whether the party alters its social positions (or not) within White Papers (and/or
party constitutions). Our negotiations with the Chinese government and the Hong-Konger
faction shall result in the following conditions of legal post-suppositions if our agenda is worthy
of expressive American advocacy, a certainty:

(1) The negotiations shall ensure that any permanence of the communist party in formalizing
secondary parties for pure democratic elections, toward asserting social democracy
 reflective of modern principles, will never message or communicate the re-establishment
of a one party state; countries such as the Republic of South Africa (RSA) and the
United Kingdom of Great Britain (UK) do have communist parties respecting, without
deviation, the irremovable functionality of democracy;
(2) There shall be no situation which assents to removing the democratic advocacy and
culture of Hong Kong, no situation democratically rejecting the Communist Party as a
co-popular party within the special municipality's jurisdictional limits;
(3) There shall be no claim by the government of the People's Republic of China which
communicates that Taiwan's assent to an Associate State status should remove Hong
Kong from enjoying and presenting its peculiarity as a distinct body politic; there shall be
no condition which removes this freedom of peculiarity, that having to do with political
structures, culture, and predisposition not supposing a rejection of any fundamental
human right or civil liberty or right to privacy;
(4) Freedom of expression ought to be allowed, in its totality (not supporting the breach of
human rights, civil liberties, or, always implied, private rights); the freedom of expression
refers to the freedom of speech, communication, exposition, gesture, illustration, literary
work, artistic presentation, musical publication and/or performance, and such; there shall
be no derivation of word, phrase, or term, easily or moderately identifiable as parallel to
our standard of communication or as representing the literary value of language term(s)
recognized by us, which shall be intently misinterpreted for factitious, malicious,
un-diplomatic, or reckless purposes in negotiating with either party as Americans
exclusively (or within international shops and organizations);
(5) There shall be no assertion that any citizen of China or distinct citizen of Hong Kong
should renounce his or her citizenship due to the politics of relation or any other (per
coercion); there shall be no plight communicated by the United States to remove Hong
Kong to independence or back to the United Kingdom of Great Britain (UK) since Hong
Kong is an international tool, positively and without the conviction of war, for finally
infusing democracy into the Chinese mainland and its totality per variate but co-operative
projections;
(6) There shall be no assertion that Shawn Dexter John or any Associate commissioned the
task of issuing consultation to the Asia-Pacific was ever of the belief that the People's
Republic of China is democratic - though there are democratic procedures within the
Communist Party, as documented by the Agency, there is no communication that the
Communist party is democratic in nature, exposition, culture, macro-procedure, or of any
other significance;
(7) We are perpetually protecting the massive and co-operative economy of China for global
stabilization and other moral purposes; this shall never serve to communicate any assent
to communist principles; the modernity of social democracy, in channeling welfare
principles, with former President of the United States Franklin Delano Roosevelt being
one of its chief proponent in secretly co-operating with its architect W.E.B Dubois in
history, and our support and promotion of it without deviation into the everlasting future,
shall not serve to communicate that we secretly or covertly support communism of any
variation (including of any hybridization);
 (8) The city of Hong Kong isn't independent, will not be independent in the future, is
[secretly] co-operating with the mainland of China for remaining thoroughly integrated
(though uniquely), and is preparing to sanction the Republic of Taiwan as a future
Associate State of the People's Republic of China as a future Member State of the
Asia-Pacific Economic Commission being developed under emergency doctrine for
replacing the image and public's memory of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation
(APEC) in being a bit offensive in nature; the [future] Asia-Pacific Union (APU) will
emerge the successor to the Asia-Pacific Economic Commission (being developed) in
three (3) decades approximately; and
(9) There shall be no project decided for effecting the disenfranchisement of the municipality
of Hong Kong and/or its expanse by any Chinese, sectoral Hong Kong, or communist
agenda, administration, law, policy, or protocol, whether expressed (or committed to)
covertly or via means superficially observable to the on-looking world of Governments
and Civil Society activists.

Addendum to the above Enumeration:

*(10) We do not perceive that the People's Republic of China is an ally of the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) (or, within CARICOM, the OECS) or the United States but both political
concepts are associated with terms requiring collegiality and co-operation with China.

Additional notes (with me referring to myself in third person):

(1) We have had enough of obstructive individuals in their silly but erroneous reflective
assertion that "he still believes his crap" in referring to the [direct and literal] literary
results of Shawn Dexter John's regimen and his shocking competence and his access to
universal secrets not privy to their federal grades [including secrets clearly only
rewarding Shawn Dexter John], meaning secrets (and his communication of them)
