I am convinced that the tenets of the United States’ independence act, intellectually, and its
design are capable of aiding a new and necessary paradigm. Unique, pro-humanist public
organizations, as shown, can surface for meeting our most critical sovereign needs including the
reduction of crippling government debt and other finance-related burdens.

It is true that the historical federalists were [initially] of a contested study. Their perspective
contrasted with the citable ideology of staunch state-sovereignty advocates supporting instead a
bona fide, heightened national representation of the collective states. Their exhibited
government model (of 1787) was subjected to uber-intense opposing arguments. The [general]
positions they put forth, however, won the laborious debates though thoughtful compromises
were concurrently formulated (importantly). The reasonable and thoughtful assumption of the
distinct debts of the states in their unification and separate sovereignties was an immensely
fruitful achievement. A declaration of the [Situational] Assumption of Certain Debt-related
Burdens is an essential component of the most robust integration rationale, I deduce. Naturally,
the immediate confederal infrastructure and careful criteria would dictate the specific
burden-types to be commonly assessed [theorem-wise]. Ideally, the use of conventional
revenue-making practices and revenue appreciation methods, including inserted economic
zones, would result in the sensible utilization of gains, would result in the emergency reduction
of excruciating debt-related or deprivation burdens when met. Such clinical enfranchisement
would also help procure the benefits of gaining and preserving sound sovereign credit ratings
and, consequently, investment attractiveness.

Those of my leaning, meaning those who would be satisfied upon the careful ratification of
Union, should be affirmed right in supporting both the national and collective perspectives, in
comprehending well the motives of both preservation and [supranational] economic security
precisely – parallel compromises have worked in the past. (Incentives will determine the level of
transformation.)

General and Special Notes:

There were historical federalists who were initially against the federal assumption of state debts
and historical federalists who were consistently supportive of the idea. The fear that the federal
government would be overburdened partially existed.

The complete assumption of all Member State debts isn’t immediately attainable. The sizes of
national debts are often imposing. Providing emergency funds to member states for attending
to their debt obligations and other essential fiscal duties when met with significant burdens is
intended theorem-wise. [Humane] fiscal austerity would also serve as a fundamental priority,
per [emergency] fiscal assistance effort, when clearly necessary. Ideally, any non-emergency
disbursement of funds to member states would sustain social-economic and/or infrastructure
initiative(s) in catering specifically to the general welfare and structural well-being of each
population and Member State respectively. (Social-economic disbursements would be based on
population size and infrastructure support would be need-based.) The conventional means of
earning revenue within a common or single market and political community would be
incorporated here ideally. Revenue appreciation methods, preferably, would supplement the
general revenue-making methods primarily but could, however, eventually outlive (and
significantly fill in for) certain burdensome general practice(s).

Supranational bureaucracies can serve to effectively negotiate inter-dimensional trade

agreements – this is a fundamental doctrinal belief.

The historical federalists and the Federalist Society differ. The historical federalists stressed a
strong federal government while the Federalist Society emphasizes state sovereignty. (In
analyzing both sides of the general federalist argument, in considering all relevant factors, my
particular theory and model serve as moderate integrationist blueprints.)
