As part of a federal government program chartered for awarding Shawn Dexter John an Ivy
League law degree to consult his exceptional genius, aside a revised contract with the Central
Intelligence Agency pertaining to review work and a memoir deal, Shawn Dexter John will
receive a law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Yale Law School. Additionally, Shawn Dexter John
was fairly elected the first Chief Executive (President) of Yale Law Journal. This will be
announced within a year and a half (or so). Shawn Dexter John will receive these accolades as
Khaled Hassan, operative of our Agency, in purporting to be a Puerto Rican born individual, the
son of an educated [immigrant] West African father and an accomplished Native American
mother (Pueblo tribe) of some White ancestry.

Yale University will serve as a leading institution in the Americas in promoting internationalism
and integration without upsetting moderation. It is in preparation of cooperating with the
University of the West Indies, per our negotiations, to co-develop the philosophy which will
imagine, engineer, and support the official jurisprudence of the hemisphere, that which engages
comparative law, trans-constitutionalism, federalism, and social liberality. The Department of
State will promote this relationship in adhering to communications of the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) that CARICOM will serve as a political, economic, and social ally of the United
States government and people.

Yale University is in negotiation to hold seminars, symposiums, work programs, and

conferences to help stimulate American involvement in Civil Society throughout the Americas by
all accounts - the university is accredited by our Agency for doing so in having catered
sufficiently to the inclusion of progressive faculty members (in policymaking) stressed by
university convention. The university does host the most prestigious law regimen in the world
and is competent as a leader in capacities incorporable within the model of government being
projected by the Organization of American States (OAS) in corresponding with Shawn Dexter
John and Associates, official managers of the continental project. We are pleased with the
attitude of the university including its school of law.

*Shawn Dexter John, evolving agent and operative of the Central Intelligence Agency and now
Chief Manager of all branches of the United States Government (federal and subsidiaries), is
being contracted to serve as the effectual chief manager of the Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) of the United States and INTERPOL as a hybrid system. He is in the process of altering
his identity to alias Khaled Hassan for installing security details which correspond with Agency
goals concerning his development and work activity. He is of a modest personality, intelligent
beyond wonder, and socially competent in attending to relations addressed by his job
description. He isn't under legal penalty, isn't under impending legal inquiry or penalty, and isn't
convicted of any conceived crime under any identity or within any country or dependency.
