We are conditioned by traditional arguments to be restrictive in transcribing our laws, our

scrutiny of them, and our development of responses to fix their cures when detected.
Progressive politics and legal arguments have evolved over centuries due to this mechanism,
the continuum they journey. We shouldn't be unconcerned with the conservative movement in
the United States, pertaining to the matter of the U.S. Supreme Court in particular, but we
should react without domestic anguish which curtails our ability to reason beyond ordinary
conditioning.

We envision that a Supreme Tribunal of the Americas may be established within the vacuum of
time which journeys from our ratification of an Economic Area of the Americas, in addressing
free trade, economic activism, and market negotiations in supplementation of domestic courts
and arbitration proceedings and our ratification of a Constitutive Treaty Establishing the Union of
the Americas in accordance with the terms proposed and being refined by experts unassuming
of any danger in revolutionizing the idea of integration, in motivating change which does not,
however, repudiate the motive of convention where exceptionally effective.

Within this condition, our arguments may approach the reaches of the hemisphere. Indeed, we
will remain active and productive in engaging the federal court system here at home in the U.S.
but we do have an opportunity to provide unconvoluted but compounded jurisprudence for
securing our fundamental rights, may attend seatings separately without intersection if deemed
appropriate for maintaining the fluidity of relations within a continental union, in respecting the
national rights of member states (reasonably) with our employment of federalism, and may
apply the principle of trans-constitutionalism procedurally without breaching the constitutional
laws and privileges endowed by the respective continental charter of constitutional relation.

With all of this stated, we do want to mobilize progress in women's rights throughout the
hemisphere as a protocol of the Agency's activists, in developing our inaugural agenda for
exciting, mobilizing, and invigorating our consolidated community deprived of commonality
across national borders, some fundamental rights and privileges sought or once enjoyed. The
grant of [universal] abortion rights serves as a founding condition if we are lucky, if I as Khaled
Hassan, per plans negotiated by the intelligence community in developing an exceptional
agenda and campaign, in serving as the leading operative of the Central Intelligence Agency,
ascend into serving as the inaugural Commissioner of the Union of the Americas, as expected,
per electoral procedures of the revised General Assembly, in all honesty, an election accessed
and vocalized by popular culture to communicate the fundamental nature of continentalism, with
representatives solely conducting the vote for this Chief Executive.
With this permeated view and our success, if our motives are interpreted accurately by our
representatives, the union will solidify contraceptive security for women, help develop
infrastructure continentally for addressing prenatal and maternal needs in Member States,
develop agencies for governing and regulating the development of related products, and provide
incentives to industries to appreciate innovation of relation.

We will ensure as an Agency that all Member States, including the United States, demand of
their election boards and regulators the protection of women's interests in overseeing campaign
efforts, protect women's access to the voting booth, as we may say colloquially, and protect
women's access to political office without abusive, discriminatory, or misleading oversight by
government and/or private surveyors.

We will ensure that women's participation within industries, within the education system
(including higher education institutions), within international organizations (governmental in
nature) such as the United Nations and the Organization of American States, within athletic
programs and sectors, within Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society at
large, and within faith-based communities and institutions, purely religious or charitable in
nature, amongst other sectors, are secured by legislation enacted within the future General
Assembly of the Americas, are promoted within the legislatures and bureaucracies of Member
Governments, and are not restricted by the peculiarities of local, municipal, or provincial
systems in their governance (of constituency).

We assure all onlookers that the Americas is thoroughly existent in theory and fact, that the
[Free Trade and] Economic Area of the Americas is pending (adoptable within two to three
years according to Agency and State Department preparers and representatives), and the
political and economic Union of the Americas will be incorporated within our global structure and
serve as a continental Union for geo-political, citizenship, growth, good government, mobility,
socialization, and other operative reasons in two decades approximately.

As an Agency of teams, with ours being promoted soon into serving as the most forthcoming,
assertive, and obligated for challenging the status quo and the immoralities of society, those
asserted by men in particular, women will be protected infrastructurally, governmentally
(legislatively and, in adherence, bureaucratically), and culturally from sexual abuses in all
industries. I personally have and will never support any sort of sex industry but our expectation
of their existence in certain parts of the hemisphere demands our activism as social motivators
of caution and protection against their cultivation. The Central Intelligence Agency is now
diverse in its vocations, silently operates numerous and diverse divisions for serving the proper
socialization of the hemisphere and the globe, the economic development of the globe, and
political adequacy in constitutional content, procedural prudence, and sound policy-making.
