Here In the United States of America, we have experienced the evolution of capitalism, from its
staunch activism during the age of slavery into its modern-day configuration denoting free
market principles applied toward influencing, guiding, and supplementing the modern political
responsibility of government and its instructors. We are not arrogant or delusional as a people
in perpetuating the causes of democracy and private enterprise for motivating a more perfect
condition than the one we initially inherited, in formalizing an economic and political Union of the
Americas serving the manifestation, covertly, of the more perfect union our founding fathers had
envisioned though, understandably, slightly abstract in its final projection and application - the
whole hemisphere will benefit from our founding pursuits as the leading activist nation in the
hemisphere and the leader of the free world, a concept which spans cross-hemispheric
application (ever more so in the coming age).

In an immediately complimentary work paper, I do explain that we have a concise plan as an

Agency for achieving the abolishment of communism throughout the globe, more procedural
than combative, peaceful in its conjecture and enumerated tools of application. Our refinement
of capitalism isn't a stubborn move by us liberals, meaning us progressives as the chief
stewards of the coming age of integration and global citizenship - we are responding to
centuries of miserable complaints from social activists, first abolitionists, who made the
argument, now confirmed by not only the empirical stories of the abused and disenfranchised
but by the conclusions of scientific theories projecting that social responsibility in the market will
induce exponential inspiration, scientific activism, and civility, conditions only beneficial to
society today and of future sub-paradigms less foreseeable, conditions of guaranteed redress,
however, confirmed due to our nurture of unlimited intelligence and grown kindness.
Free enterprise will be maintained throughout the Americas with Cuba soon included within its
sphere of operation. This will not be withheld at any instance of emergency or emotional plight
demanding our re-consideration of contemporary practices as tutored humanists. Civil Society
Organizations (CSOs) and Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) will support the
prerogative of social responsibility in government and industry, in partnerships and exclusionary
cultures of interaction demanding our standard or emergency review. They will publish legal
suppositions on the formal codes of conduct (and conditions) within the industries of the
corresponding society, meaning territory (dependency), nation-state, supranational region, or
continental Union, they will provide social commentaries for influencing the correct adjustments
of industry players and government regulators and policymakers, they will regularly host
seminars, conferences, symposiums, and such for tutoring social, economic, and political actors
on expressing and cultivating responsible conduct in their respective sectors, and they will serve
to educate lobbyists, via support or challenge, on what communication efforts are commendable
in nurturing a human condition exemplary of [social] progress, cultural responsibility, economic
inclusiveness, and political astuteness.

The policies and prerogatives of the Organization of American States (OAS), the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM), the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), and the United
Nations (UN) support, without uncertaint(ies) or precondition(s), the preferred system of
capitalism, just of the regulated kind, that promising, inducing, and nurturing indefinitely social
responsibly toward abolishing human rights violations, misadjusted corporate cultures,
government incompetence in its supervision of market and industry, sectoral discouragement of
our protected employment and enjoyment of civil liberties (instantially or culturally), and political
impediments and economic barriers precluding full economic freedom across national borders,
regions, continents, and hemispheres (though respecting the prerogatives of orderliness,
system clarity, [needed] citizenship constraints, and [judicious] diplomatic conditions imposed
preceding our inception of formal global citizenship devolving segmental citizenships centur[ies]
into the future).

In the Americas, we are preparing to re-initiate AMERIPOL (also noted as Ameripol), this time
as a formal and expert hemispheric police agency of formidable infrastructure and protocols,
one contracting with the national/federal governments of the Member States of the Organization
of American States (OAS) toward serving the jurisdiction of the coming [Free Trade and]
Economic Agreement of the Americas, that of the Organization of American States per both its
general operation and its supervision of the corresponding Economic Area of the Americas, and
global council(s) requesting its advisory consultation and recommendations in submitting White
Papers and Resolutions respecting the supremacy of Governments, meaning national, regional
(where existent), continental, and soon, the World in addressing their respective jurisdictions not
breaching higher authorities (where applicable).
