I provide without any delusion and without any impediment of any sort, social or material, in all
honesty, that the priorities of National Security will evolve due to our initiated demands as an
Agency (for achieving unbreachable harmony), an agency versed in contemporary and scientific
studies evolving the discourse of Humankind toward meeting the demands of a globalizing
world which requires ethical citizenship and comprehensive protections for all, a world which
negates the archaic prerogative of subjective conditions (consequently the effective negation of
[political, social, and economic] isolationism), a world which supposes no arbitrary or unethical
restraint in perfecting society, humanity, and our points of citizenship and diplomacy.

The regiment of national security, here in the United States, in having traditionally
communicated imperfect tenets which we have addressed as an Agency no longer relegated to
military activities, one procedurally evolved into a humanist Agency re-purposed with using
social and strategic intelligence to help induce a harmonious, civilized, diplomatic, and operative
global society segmented by the appropriateness of continental management (agreed upon for
efficiency, cultural, and security purposes). The National Security Agency of the United States
(NSA) and its orbit will evolve into fundamentalizing and incorporating humanist policies within
their periodic and indefinite protocols, in being conditioned more and more by the United States
Constitution and our international accords (regulating its application [without threatening its
permanence]), to be accomplished without the intellectual community enduring or insuring
obstructive debates. National Security will recognize, bolster, and protect the human rights of
migrants, indefinite residents, and citizens without deviation in protecting pragmatism, by means
of reasoning, and the infrastructure and constitutional design of government and [non-abusive]
society. No rightful or subjective argument refuting un-Americanism will deter our government
from progressing gender, race, ethnic, cultural, diplomatic, faith-based, and political relations
with [perfective] humanism its guide.

The following legal tenets, as with those published earlier and those to be published later for
addressing other concentrations of our Agency's activism, are or will be (respectively) rational,
are or will be (respectively) well prepared, are or will be (respectively) supported by external
published discourses, and do or will (respectively) correspond with fundamental rights and
freedoms inherit to Americanism without refuting our obligation to globalist humanism, with
human rights being a guarantee of every modern nation as a concise and un-abridgeable tenet,
with no argument being supported when communicating that human rights provisions are
conditional, segmented, instantially immaterial, or even non-existent in expression or in secret
(regardless of the source of interpretation):

(1) No condition, term, numeric, or language of any treaty, decree, executive or


administrative order, policy, initiative, rule, code, regulation, directive, or legislation shall
prohibit the naturalization process of immigrant Americans into formal citizenship, a
process and condition which shall not be abusive, prejudicial, offensive, or inappropriate
in design, ones which shall be standardized for reasons comprehensible to all educated
perspectives, those conditioned by wisdom or formal courses,
(2) No condition, term, numeric, or language of any treaty, decree, executive or
administrative order, policy, initiative, rule, code, regulation, directive, or legislation shall
prohibit American citizens, natural born (citizens) or immigrant (citizens), from enjoy their
constitutional rights, those not interpreted toward breaching our formal trust in the
humanist culture, fundamental rights ratified by the resolution Acts of the General
Assembly of the United Nations (UN) (and later the Union of the Americas upon its
emancipation from theory and proposal into activity and establishment),
(3) Constitutional rights and privileges (and their formal and informal interpretations) shall
not serve, under any condition, to offend any non-citizen class, to argue against
immigration or integration (prioritizing hemispheric Unionization, a covert but
fundamental policy of the federal government since the middle of the twentieth century),
to negate, depreciate, demean, ignore, or refute human rights universally agreed upon,
to negate the political opinions and pursuits of non-citizen immigrants, or to remove
non-citizen residents from effective and therapeutic/preventative participation within
government,
(4) The rejection of criminal activities, a fundamental element of modern government here in
the United States (and elsewhere), shall not serve to mistreat, abuse, depreciate the
humanity of, or offend any immigrant or his or her freedom to enjoy the United States
under a unified ethical standard; upon the inception of our negotiated Union of the
Americas, there shall be no deportation proceeding, penalty, or condition allowed - the
practice will be abolished without equivocation,
(5) The protection of (1) infrastructure and (2) government operation shall not serve to deny
any citizen or resident his or her right to petition any government agency/bureau for
gaining access within either, his or her right to be heard by any judicial forum or body as
needed to redress claimed abuse(s) conducted due to the application of perceived
national security interests/protocols or due to any reason, his or her right to enjoy
employment within, financial interests in, or professional, political, or social allegiance (or
affiliation) with any sector or segment of the infrastructure or government, or her or his
right to reject the activit(ies) of related actors though without rejecting, ignoring, or
obstructing [formal] law (in its ethical interpretation),
(6) The securement of our [technical] borders, upon opening our borders (northern and
southern) via the pending Act of the Constitutive Treaty forming the Americas Union (to
be ratified in 18-20 years approximately, a plan decided per negotiated arrangements
communicated hemispherically), shall not serve to inhibit the free flow of traffic across
borders, shall not install security checks disruptive or obstructive to the cause of
integration and continental citizenship equally protected for all residents (without
refutation or minimalism), but shall not be allowed to support, promote, or negligently
induce illicit activities including human and drug trafficking (and kidnapping), an
operation to be conducted only within reason and without inducing trauma,
(7) There shall be no policy or law (or such) implied or expressed which would authorize the
federal government, of any Agency, Bureau, Department, Office, or such, to wage war or
violent/obstructive conflict against the Government (Governance Structure) of the Union
of the Americas upon its formation in two decades, and there shall be no policy or law (or
such) which would install national security imperatives which would relegate any organ
of the hemispheric Governance (Structure) to sub-ordination - no trans-constitutional
policy or corresponding judicial review procedure/process shall communicate or effect
this obstruction,
(8) These legal tenets and such (as published earlier or later) shall not be interpreted as
natural, implied, expressed, or technical threat(s) to the integrity of the United States, its
Constitution, its flag, its government or constitutional design, its people or infrastructure,
its lawful interests, or its subjects, possessions, benefactors, beneficiaries, and/or allies,
and
(9) There shall be no condition, term, numeric, or language of any treaty, decree, executive
or administrative order, policy, initiative, rule, code, regulation, directive, or legislation
which requires subjective interpretation(s) of international agreements, meaning
umbrella agreements and/or protocols, which is/are egregious in engaging diplomacy,
governance, and/or economics - subjectivity, that related to national perspective, equal
per each Member State within any community (political and/or economic) inherently,
shall not serve to dis-arrange proper agreements and terms; for example, the definitions
of day, week, month, and year mean exactly what they conventionally refer to throughout
Earth as a developing global society of constitutional provinces of the various levels.

Addendum to the above enumeration:

(10) There shall be no operation which refutes the prerogative of continental security in instating
and inducting agencies and bureaus of immediate or lesser relation, ones not succumbed to
factionalism or polic(ies) abusive of their constitutional arrangement(s) and/or operation(s), ones
not inhibiting our constitutional protection(s), concerning civil liberties, human rights, civic duties,
private rights (tort]s]-related and contractual), and ethical diplomacy, ones not breaching
national and hemispheric sovereignties separately or jointly, and ones not denigrating the
infrastructure, official [design] concept(s), and/or organ(s) of the United Nations (UN) (an
institution of intellectual sectors being conditioned to serve as a bonafide and reformed World
Government in time), and
(11) Surveillance activities conducted by any agency or associate shall not breach the human or
common rights of any social [demographic] group or any individual within or outside such a
group - there shall be no argument that this isn't American policy or of American law.

Notes related to assignments and audits of relevance:

(1) The current Prime Minister of Jamaica, Andrew Michael Holness, was detained
temporarily by INTERPOL agents on the island of Jamaica per legal orders of Shawn
Dexter John and [international] Associates in having assessed, evaluated, and judged
correspondences relayed between the Prime Minister of Jamaica and United States
representatives of the federal government, correspondences requesting the [impossible
and unlawful] deportation of Shawn Dexter John from the United States,
correspondences falsely claiming that Shawn Dexter John is in the process of being
arrested by INTERPOL, federal/state/county/municipal authorit(ies) in the state of Florida
or elsewhere, and/or out-of-state actor(s) within or outside Central Florida,
correspondences falsely claiming that Shawn Dexter John isn't a United States citizen,
that he is from the island of Jamaica, and correspondences falsely claiming that Shawn
Dexter John is on a lawful security watch list organized (within the Caribbean region
and/or elsewhere). The Prime Minister was judiciously released by Shawn Dexter
John's sub-ordinates, all authentic and competent law enforcement officers, after Mr.
Holness and his immediate staff received notice that he (Mr. Andrew Michael Holness)
has been placed under indefinite audit by Shawn Dexter John, the Central Intelligence
Agency in its totality, and INTERPOL in its totality. It will be discreetly communicated to
him (Mr. Holness) details of [1] the attempted cover up conducted by the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security in correspondence with former President Barack
Hussein Obama's former request to have him, the Honorable Prime Minister of Jamaica
(Andrew Michael Holness), covertly assassinated by British agents promised timeshares
and vacation homes in Miami, Florida, United States of America [in North America] and
[2] an identified and confirmed factional attempt to trick Shawn Dexter John into
consuming poison - we have concluded these as both accurate and true in having
conducted a lawful and prudent sting operation centered in the city of Orlando within the
state of Florida (here in the United States) on behalf of Shawn Dexter John. There will
be no military activity waged against any Member State of CARICOM or its orbit in
response to this report statement or details of relevance (or any other contemporary
reason). We communicate to all observers that life is not a game (in all honesty).
Federal employees communicating that they do not comprehend the content of related

association due to apparent incompetence and/or bigotry.
(2) Former Attorney-General of the United States Eric Holder ([authentically]
Jamaican-American) and the current Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain Rishi Sunak ([authentically] South-Asian Briton) are both under indefinite
disqualification orders. They are now precluded from serving as participants within the
international intelligence and security community (until an official and effective change in
philosophy when concluded as accomplished per our judicious assessment), regarding
its infrastructure and the policy-making regiment employed (that which is inclusive of all
rule-making and other directive/decree/initiative processes). Shawn Dexter John - only
Shawn Dexter John - is responsible for serving as the final and capstone Judge in
making such decisions, a duty endowed to him solely due to a lifetime of ethics and
intelligence training competently lectured by the most seasoned and advanced senior

his life experience, and his exceptional genius abilities now confirmed as clearly inherent
to his makeup shall not be demeaned, depreciated, or threatened by any party with
respect to our activities in managing the United States government and the United
Nations (UN) and its orbital system.
(4) There are American academic programs in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM),
programs affirmed by the HBCU community here in the United States, such as St.
Joseph's Academy in St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda (West Indies) and a
government-supervised academy in the city of Roseau within the Commonwealth of
Dominica (West Indies). INTERPOL has partnered with these programs to enlist into the
intelligence and security community Caribbean nationals made educated and privy to our
(Americans) cultural, social, economic, and political alliance with the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) and our partnership with Great Britain and France to keep the
African diaspora initiated into modern, admissible, advanced, and globalist [institutional]
modes throughout, ones which will not harm or serve to offend ethics, humanity,
fundamental rights, or civility.
(5) My usage of "law" or "legislation" always refers to political law, meaning law
enacted/ratified by the relevant government legislature; I am never referring to religious
or other informal perception of law (including natural law).
(6) Shawn Dexter John's superficial enjoyment of ethnic foods, of the various kinds, in being
