We provide fair notice. All of this corresponds and clearly complements the other elements of
the progressive doctrine of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL articulated via
the series of publications authored by Shawn Dexter John (and identified as such by Shawn
Dexter John), meaning myself.

The (2) Legal and Political Tenets of the Decriminalization of Abortion Rights in referencing the
safe periods of the first trimester of pregnancy (prenatal development) and in compliance with
both progressive and conservative values denoting humanism and peculiarized ethics and (2)
my support of anti-sexism and this respective element of relation (abortion protection) and the
expected judicial declarations in support of this principle by the future Supreme Tribunal of the
Americas (STA) and General Assembly of the Americas (GAA)

The Legal and Political Tenets of relation are as follows:

(1) There shall be no law or policy which requires any woman (female person of age,
meaning majority age) to conduct or refrain from conducting the reception of lawful
abortion procedures within licensed (certified) and authorized facilities when within the
first trimester of instance, when scientifically defined as scientifically safe and humane by
standard,
(2) All Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS) shall promote and
allow for the democratic enactment of progressive abortion laws specifically termed for
protecting women in aborting (meaning terminating) their respective pregnancies within
the pending General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) and the Supreme Tribunal of the
Americas (STA) (both to be established with the pending Free Trade and Economic
Agreement of the Americas [FTEAA]),
(3) Underage females are allowed to receive lawful and standard abortion procedures
additionally with the consent of both medical practitioners (physicians) licensed for doing
so and their (or their respective parent[s]’) consent,
(4) There shall be no coercion (no unlawful order or any force employed) in conducting or
soliciting the reception of abortion procedures toward humanely, safely, and lawfully
 canceling (meaning terminating, also identified as aborting) the pregnancy of respective
instance,
(5) The General Assembly of the Americas (GAA), to be located in the Commonwealth of
Dominica inauguralky and in perpetuum, shall be established in 2026 and will represent
all thirty-five (35) Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS) with
time; a simple majority of the sitted representatives, upon the constitution of the EAA in
2026 when at least twenty-one (21) Member States of the Organization of American
States (OAS) ratifies the respective Free Trade and Economic Agreement of the
Americas (FTEAA) (an agreement which has already been negotiated), shall serve as
sufficient each instance of legislative enactment (with regard to all subjects, including the
issue of abortion and its protection),
(6) There shall be no law within the United States (here on the mainland [48 contiguous
states and the state of Alaska] or overseas) which shall depreciate or renounce the
preclusive power and mandate of the laws and Judgments passed (enacted) and issued
(respectively) by the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) and the Supreme
Tribunal of the Americas (STA) upon their establishments,
(7) There ought to be no power or privilege accorded to any nation-state or territory (or
multitude) which serves as an exemption to accepting and protecting the fundamental
laws established by the General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) including that which
protects abortion rights and other women's rights,
(8) Women shall have the same economic, social, cultural, and political powers and
privileges as that of men and this shall correlate with the equal rights, privileges, and
benefits afforded to all males and females of all races, ages, and ethnicities; all female
and male persons, girls and boys (meaning not of age) included, shall have the equal
right and freedom to petition to government for lawful and non-discriminatory support
and security toward benefitting from their rights, in enjoyment (or in refraining from its
employment), and
(9) All powers to decide abortion or the protection (security) of one’s person (meaning his or
her own anatomy [human body] and respective autonomy) shall not decide any
peculiarity in procedures toward the termination of any abortion disparaging or breaching
the protection of abortion rights upon its negotiated and official enactment via the
General Assembly of the Americas (GAA) in 2026 or immediately thereafter.
