I will provide any update to the [edited and completed] manuscript, if any: [EDITED AND
COMPLETED] The New Societies – Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of
Commonality.
The version published as a book was simply a covert sketch, published in that manner to provide a
template to government affiliates working across distance preceding its expected completion at a then
later date (corresponding with me editing work today) – quite a humble act. Tampering might have
devalued the book material but the model and intent were communicated well preceding the
publication of the [completed] edited version (here) – the completed version consists of slightly over
200 pages. (The edited version is presented as a bonafide law article.)
In owning property, a person should have the right to use the property freely in any manner
considered reasonable, to share titles, and to transfer the right of ownership. In gaining ownership
right, a person should be relieved of any duty to any previous owner (generally), should have the
right to alter the owned property to suit one’s wants (generally), and should be able to negotiate
terms with others who may be allowed to access, possess, or control property without infringing
upon the held right of complete/partial ownership.
No individual should be deprived of his or her right to property arbitrarily. Any executed removal of
property or interference should be reasonable, should be directed/sanctioned by government, and
should not serve to prematurely renounce the rights legally held by the respective owner.
Government has the obligation to return or release [seized] property responsibly when justice
requires re-possession.
