Purok Pag-asa, Brgy GPS, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, states under oath that:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is PSSg Erwin B Victoriano with office address at

Koronadal City Police Station, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. The examination is
being held at the same address. I am answering his questions voluntarily, to the best of
my knowledge and fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability
for false testimony and perjury.

1. Q. Bakit ka naparito sa Investigation Section ng Koronadal City Police

Station?
A. Narito po ako upang magbigay ng bulontaryong salaysay at tetestigo sa
reklamo laban kay Maricel Fajarten, ____years old, kasal, at residente ng Purok Pag-
asa, Brgy GPS, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato dahil sa pamamahiya at pagsabi ng
masasakit na salita sa akin.

2. Q. Tungkol saan ang iyong reklamo?

A. Na noong Agosto 14, 2023, 11:00 ng umaga habang nagpapakain ng tatlo
naming aso ang aking anak na si Rica Pantaleon sa harap ng aming bahay ay narinig
ko nalang na biglang nagsisigaw si Maricel Fabillon.

3. Q. Maaari kang magpatuloy.

A. Na lumabas ako at pumunta sa harapan ng bahay kung saan nagpapakain
ng aso si Rica para tingnan ang dahilan ng pagsisigaw ng suspetsado nakita ko na galit
na galit na ito sa aking anak.

4. Q. Ipagpatuloy mo.
 A. Na nalaman ko kay Rica kaya galit na galit ang suspetsado dahil sa
sinaway ng aking anak ang aso ng suspetsado dahil sa nang-agaw ito ng pagkain ng
aso namin.

A. Na nakita ko na tinaponan niya ng bote sa harapan mismo ni Rica at
sinigawan na “Gaga ka! Gaga ka! Putang ina mo! Putang ina mo! habang dinuro-duro
niya aking anak at nandoon ako mismo sa harapan nila.

5. Q. Anu ang sumunod na nangyari, kung mayroon man?

A. Na dahil sa marami ang nakarinig sa masasakit na salita na sinabi ng
suspetsado nakaramdam ng matinding kahihiyan si Rica.

7. Q. Anu ang sumunod na nangyari, kung mayroon man?

A. Na sinabihan ko ang suspetsado na “Anu sige mo kasinggit-singgit, hindi
pagsinggiti kag hambalan ang bata (Rica) ko ka masakit nga mga tinaga, kay
ipabarangay taka” (Anu ang sinisigaw-sigaw mo, huwag mong sigawan at sabihan ng
masakit na salita ang aking anak, ipabarangay kita).

8. Q. Magpatuloy ka.
A. Na sumagot ang suspetsado na at sinabi “Ipabarangay to, wala ko
nahadlok sa barangay” (Ipabarangay mo, hindi ako natatakot sa barangay).

9. Q. Anu ang sumunod na nangyari?

A. Na pagkatapos magsalita ni Maricel ay nakita ko na papaluin niya sana ng
bote si Rica mabuti na lang at nandoon ang dalawang anak niyang babae at napigilan
nila ito.

10. Q. Ipagpatuloy mo.

A. Na noong Agosto 15, 2023 ay pumunta si Rica sa Brgy GPS, Koronadal
City, South Cotabato para ireklamo si Maricel at binigyan ng iskedyul para sa
paghaharap nila ni Maricel.

11.Q. Anu ang sumunod na nangyari, kung mayroon man?

A. Na dahil sa tatlong beses na hindi sumipot si Maricel sa kanilang
paghaharap sa Brgy GPS, Koronadal City, South Cotabato ay binigyan siya ng
Certificate to File Action.

12. Q. Magpatuloy ka.

A. Na noong Octobre _____ 2023 ay pumunta kami sa himpilan ng
Koronadal City Police Station para magsampa ng pormal na reklamo laban kay Maricel
Fajarten.

A. Na habang nagpapakain ako ay nakita ko si Maricel sa aking harapan na
tumitingin sa mga aso, ng biglang nang-agaw ng pagakin ang aso ni Maricel sa isa sa
mga aso ko.

A. Na dahil sa nang-agaw ang aso ni Maricel ay sinabihan ko ng “Gingaan
kana gid mang-agaw ka pa pagkaon, nga dumogon mo gid ido ko, nakulangan kapa
haw.” (binigyan ka na nga ng pagkain, aawayin mo pa aso ko, nakukulangan ka pa
siguro) pagkatapos ay tumakbo ang aso ni Maricel sa loob ng bahay nila.

(lumayas ka dito dahil patay gutom ka na aso!)

A. Na pagkatapos niyang sigawan ang aso niya ay lumabas siya ng bahay nila
at tinaponan niya ako ng bote sa aking harapan at sinigawan niya ako at sinabi na
“Gaga ka! Gaga ka! putang ina mo! putang ina mo! habang dinuduro-duro ako at
nandoon ang aking ina na si Mirasol Pantaleon sa harap namin ni Maricel habang
sinasabi na iyon.

A. Na marami ang nakarinig sa masasakit na salita na sinabi sa akin ni
Maricel kaya sa oras na iyon ay nakaramdam ako matinding kahihiyan sa aking sarili at
sa aking ina.
