I. RATIONALE
Skills training is designed to provide learners with the training they
need to gain the knowledge, abilities and expertise needed for livelihood and
entrepreneurship. Skills training can also be used to re-educate and retrain
the learners based on their interest. In addition, skills training for ALS
learners, are beneficial for the learners to have experience.
In ALS program, training skills is one of the most important training
to be offered. The training that they acquired, help them most to elevate
their economic status as the source of their income and even used their
training acquired in looking for job.
II. OBJECTIVES
This activity aim to:
a. train the ALS learners based on the level of interest;
b. capacitate the ALS learners on their specific skills

V.METHODOLOGY
This is a face to face. The speakers will conduct a synchronous &
asynchronous session and activities. The session conducted based on the
training matrix.
