Immediately after waking up drink two glasses of warm water and start
your day.
Have a fasting window of 14 hrs before breakfast.

While cooking 1 cup of rice, add 4 cloves of garlic pods into the water
as eating garlic directly can harm throat and tongue. You can eat the
