• Purpose of PCBA Sell-In implementation.

TCT have decided to move the current PCBA model (Free of charge NORIA process) to a PCBA selling model. All
PCBA must be ordered by Repair Center to RSH, like spare parts.

Delivered PCBA can be new or repaired PCBA. The PCBA price is fix but is taking into account this situation. The
delivery TAT target will be aligned with spare part, but will take into account the delay needed to customize the
PCBA. The payment term is the same used for Spare part.

The existing free of charge model for Complete unit and Handset is not changed.

• Process Impact

The ordering method will be similar to parts ordering, via Webshop. The requested PCBA customization will be
added to the order line.

The existing stock of PCBA still belongs to TCT and will not be reimbursed to Repair Center.

The new stock of PCBA ordered to RSH belongs to RC and will be reimbursed to Repair Center via the repair order
in SmartCare. By default, SmartCare system use the stock belonging to TCT first.

The NORIA process to the MCC-MRC (Ingram Micro Poland) continue. Repair Center have to return PCBA
exchanged under warranty. The RSH will not send any PCBA to Repair Center in regards of these returns. The
repair center has to manage their PCBA stock volume, by re ordering, to ensure the TAT committed to TCT.

If Repair Center does not follow the NORIA return process, or send PCBA not compliant with the warranty
judgment process, TCT will alert the Repair Center. If the Repair Center does not react, TCT reserve the right to
invoice back the PCBA cost for each PCBA exchanged under warranty and not returned or wrongly returned.

The repair center can send DOA PCBA (PCBA received defective) in the NORIA return process. The DOA PCBA will
be exchanged or reimbursed after control.

To protect repair center on PCBA stock excess and obsolescence at end of life, TCT will accept to buy-back 50% of
the last PCBA order volume by reference.
• Schedule

The implementation of this new model will take place in May 2019. The schedule is defined in the document
Calendar PCBA-Sell In.

The mains steps are:

• 13th May: End of DT creation [CCM] – CCM have to stop the DT creation for PCBA from RSH to
RC. Last accepted DT must be created the 11th of May

• 17th May: End of automatic NORIA [RSH] – RC will not receive PCBA from RSH based on NORIA
return. Last automatic NORIA will be for ticket created up to the 17th of May.

• 24th May: Old NORIA & DT not delivered are cancelled [RSH] – All references and volume not
delivered/in logistic for DT & NORIA will be cancelled.

• 27th May: Go Live: RC can order PCBA in Webshop – Repair Center will have the capability to
order PCBA in WebShop.

It is strongly suggested to repair center to prepare this change (in RC process & IT system) and to ensure correct
Stock data in SmartCare.
