and learning in dance, focusing on enhancing movement
precision, coordination, and overall dance performance.

managing dance techniques through responsible and informed
decision-making and explores various dance styles,
incorporating the principles of motor control.

The teacher will play a video of Dance Zumba for energizer.

Guide Questions:
1. Did you enjoy our warm-up dance?
2. Based on the video that you have watched, what will be
our topic for today?
