भमू िका :- इस अध्याय का िख् ु य उद्दे श्य विद्या्थियय
की अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध की िास्तविक और सटीक
सिझ विकमसत करनी है , अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध
दर्यनर्ास्र, नीततर्ास्र , इततहास आदद विषयों की
अपेक्षा नया विषय है ।
The main objective of this chapter is to
develop student’s real and accurate
understanding of international relations, It
is a new Subjects compared to philosophy,
history and Ethics.
अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध क्या है (What is IR ?)
अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध िें विमभन्न दे र्ों के िध्य
सम्बन्ध के अध्ययन के साथि साथि गैर सरकारी
संगठनों ,अंतरराष्ट्रीय गैर सरकारी संगठनों,
बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपतनयों , अंतदे र्ीय कंपतनयां आदद
का भी अध्ययन ककया जाता है।
In International Relations, along with
the study of relations between
different countries non – Government
organization, Multinational
companies, International companies
etc. Are also studied .
अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध एि अंतरराष्ट्रीय राजनीतत िें
अंतर (Difference Between International
Relations and International Politics):-
अंतरराष्ट्रीय राजनीतत के अध्ययन क्षेर िें िख् ु यतः
स्ितंर राज्य के िध्य आपसी व्यिहार क सम्म्िमित
ककया जाता है , अंतरराष्ट्रीय राजनीती के अंतगयत
र्म्क्त सत्ता, राज्य के िध्य प्रततस्पधाय , सम्न्ध
सिझौते और युद्ध इत्यादद का अध्ययन ककया जाता
है ।,जबकक अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध िें इसके अततररक्त
अन्य क्षेरों का भी अध्ययन ककया जाता है , अथिायत
अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध एक विस्तत ृ विषय है ।यह
राजनीतत के अिािा आ्थियक ,सािाम्जक , तकनीकी
एिं सांस्कृततक सम्बन्ध क भी िहत्ि दे ता है ।
 The field of study of International politics
mainly includes mutual behaviour between
Independent states, under International
politics power, competition between power
states treaty negotiation and war etc. are
studied . Whereas in International
Relations apart from this, other areas are
also studied , that is international
relations is a broad subject, apart from
politics it also gives importance to
economic social , technological and
cultural relations.
 आज के विश्ि िे अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध के अध्ययन का
िहत्ि (Importance of study of International
relations in Today’s World):-

ककसी भी व्यम्क्त का सम्बन्ध सिाज ि राष्ट्र से ह ता है त

कही न कही व्यम्क्त ि उसके इदय ्गदय की संस्थिाएं ि घटनाएं
राष्ट्रीय स्तर के साथि साथि अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रभावित ह ती
है,िैश्िीकरण के बढ़ते दौर िें इन प्रादेमर्क ि राष्ट्रीय
अन्तसयम्बन्धों ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्बन्ध का िहत्ि बढ़ा ददया ।
अत: यह स्पष्ट्ठ है कक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हुए घटनकिो से
आज क ई भी राष्ट्र बच नही सकता है, उस पर आंमर्क या
व्यापक रूप िें प्रभाि पड़ना तनम्श्चत है। आज ज सिस्या एक
राज्य की है, िही सिस्या पड़ सी देर् या विश्ि के अन्य देर्ों
के मिए भी है जैसे – आतंकिाद , पयायिरण सरु क्षा। म्जसका
सिाधान प्रत्येक राष्ट्र चाहता है
 If any person is related to the society and nation
,then somewhere the person and the institution
and events around him are affected at the national
level as well as the International level, In the
growing era of globalization these regional and
national interrelations have affected the
international relations has increased important.
Hence it is class that today no nation can escape
from the developments happening at the
international level, it is certain to be affected
partially or extensively.
