b) Appreciate the effects of informed decision and responsible

c) Apply the steps of informed decision through given scenarios.

5 minutes Ice breaker: “Would You Rather”
and Warm-Up
Let learners choose from two choices and ask them why
they chose it.

Life Is full of choices and very choice that we take leads to


bad/good decision.

Activity 1: Mini Lecture


Provide information on Six Steps of Informed Decision.

Think-Pair-Share:
The students will be divided into pairs and share
experiences that lead to good/bad decision.

Valuing/Wrap-up Short Role Play

Divide the students into five group and have them create a
short role play using these scenarios, applying the steps of
informed decision.

1. Your boyfriend invites you to his house because his parents are
away.
2. Your friends are forcing you to have a relationship.
3. Your friend is inviting you to a party but you know that your
parents will not allow you to go.
4. Someone is recruiting you to join a gang group.
5. One of your friends is sending you pornographic videos in your
social media accounts.

Group Presentation:
Each group will perform their role play, followed by a
class discussion on their decision.
