Direction:
1. Group the learners into 4 groups.
2. Each group will arrange the definition of the word
“Reproduction”.
3. The first team who will arrange the definition will
win the game.

Reproduction is the process by which organisms make


more organisms like themselves.

Highlight the discussion about the importance of


Reproduction.
Ask the following questions:

area.

voice begin to drop and deepen.
4. The breasts of the girls start to develop.
5. Girls will experience their first menstruation
period.
6. Because of the changing hormones, children
become more emotional during puberty. They
begin to want to fit in a social group.

Teachers may also add some local myths about
puberty that are appropriate to the learners.

a. Girls on their period shall not take a bath.


b. Girls on their period shall not carry heavy
things or their uterus will be damaged.
c. Girls should avoid any physical activity when
they are menstruating because it will worsen
cramps.
d. Girls should wash their face with their first
menstrual flow to avoid ache or pimples.
e. Circumcision shall be done during puberty.
