- Vocabulary: anywhere, bin, bridge, dictionary, gate, go out, ground, follow, fire,
east, direction, late, left, litter, speak, south, station, straight ahead, straight on,
right, north, use, turn
- Grammar:
+ Use imperatives to give warnings, instructions and directions.
6. Procedure:
Act 3: Imperatives
10’ + Use imperatives to give warnings,
instructions and directions.
+ Imperatives are the same as the
base form.
Ex: Eat this.
Be careful!
+ Begin negative imperatives with
Don’t, Do not or Never:
Ex: Don’t say that!
Never touch that plant!
+ Use please with imperatives to
make them more polite.
Ex: Please come here.
Don’t do that, please.
