Reflection and Evaluation
The overall day went well but we do have some glo’s and grows that we learnt

Glo’s

 Strong Sales and Positive Feedback: We had really high sales throughout the day almost
selling out and demand for the packages was relatively high
 Effective Teamwork: The team chemistry was great and we were able to help each other
when interacting with the customers

Challenges

 Inventory Management: We over estimated how many packages we would be able to

make and we ended with less than we had projected to sale leading to a loss
 Pricing Strategy: Due to the underestimation of packages we had to change price in order
not to realise a major loss but also we couldn’t over price

Grows

 Importance of Planning: In the future more planning will be needed a lot of the operations
were rushed and unprepared for i.e. the overestimation of packages
 Adaptability: We could adapt to major changes better so as not cause panic and
demotivate ourselves

 Marketing and Promotion: A better marketing to bring awareness to our products and
business and create more hype around.
