I am writing to express my strong interest in gaining admission to the Management Strategic program at the National Higher
School of Management in Koléa, Algeria. As an enthusiastic individual with a background in economic, commercial, and
financial sciences, I am excited about the opportunity to enhance my skills in strategic management within your esteemed
institution.

My journey into the field of management has been driven by curiosity, dedication, and a passion for understanding business
operations. I have completed my bachelor's degree in finance and accounting at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and
Financial Sciences, University of Oran 2 Mohammed Ben Ahmed, and studied the first year of the master's program in
management control and audit. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in management principles and
business practices.

During my academic journey, I had practical experiences that shaped my skills. Notably, I led a team of 12 members during
the general census of population and housing. This experience improved my leadership abilities and reinforced my talent for
managing diverse teams under pressure. These experiences have solidified my determination to excel in strategic
management, a field demanding sharp decision-making, creative thinking, and adept handling of complexities.

Also, I had the chance to be part of a university scientific club called the "Elite Club," which I developed myself. Through
this experience, I gained precise knowledge and became more self-aware. I'm thankful that I was able to develop my soft and
hard skills, such as teamwork, leadership, communication, project management, and other organizational skills. These
achievements were accomplished by participating in various events and opportunities.

Additionally, when I was getting ready for my baccalaureate degree, I did a practical training at AOA Company Al sharika al
jazairia lil Asmida. I worked in the finance department and learned a lot about managing money and making smart decisions.
This experience also got me interested in planning strategies for success. I undertook a variety of tasks that involved
analyzing financial data, helping with budgets, and making reports that showed how the company was doing. I learned how
to work well in a team, got better at using computer tools for finances, and figured out how to solve real problems that came
up. This internship made me really want to have a job where I can use these skills in both managing money and making smart
plans for success.

The Management Strategic program at the National Higher School of Management is exactly what I'm interested in. I'm
excited about learning more about strategic planning, analyzing organizations, and competing effectively. The program
focuses on teaching methods to solve problems in a big-picture way and on creating leaders with innovative ideas, which
aligns with my career goals. I can't wait to learn from the experienced teachers there and be a part of a vibrant learning
environment where I can enhance my knowledge and apply what I learn in real life, "Success is not solely measured by the
destination reached, but by the journey of growth and learning that propels us forward."
