Dear Amazon Performance Team

As per our discussion over phone, I am writing my appeal in detail to discuss the details.

Greater detail on Root Cause(s) that led to the Drop Shipping Violations.

Root cause of the account suspension was violating the drop shipping policy, our order was sent in
Walmart Packaging and we didn’t remove the packaging and send as it is to the customer.

This is clearly prohibited for Amazon Drop Shipping Policy and staff didn’t know that we should use
packaging unmarked and without logo. We just started and handled few orders only and it was a
mistake from the employee and we used the same packaging to send to the customer.

Greater Details:

Root cause of the deactivation is due to the drop shipping policy violation, some customer receives the
order in Walmart packaging, specifically the order ID of the customer that we investigated is 112-
8544326-8929888.

As you can check we have fulfilled only 7 orders till now and no other customer have this type of
complaint. As we just started and starting up the warehouse etc, so the mistake happened by sending
the package in Walmart Packaging.

So the as conclusion the root cause is clearly a violation of the drop shipping policy, we accept that there
should be our own identification when customer receives the package.

Greater Detail on the action you have taken to resolve the Drop Shipping Policy Violations:

I have trained the staff, and aware them to read all the points of the drop shipping policy and never ever
use any other packaging or old packaging to ship the order.
I have destroyed all the Walmart or other retailers packaging from our warehouse and ordered the new
unmarked packaging in excess.

We have read the drop shipping policy and informed the employees to comply with amazon drop
shipping policy as per this link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410. I educated
employees about the packaging and told them to not ever use any other brand packaging because
Amazon is very strict in it.

I have checked the warehouse and destroyed all the other packages from my warehouse that cannot be
use ever again. Employees’ education is very important, and if they are well trained they will avoid this
mistake in future.

I have informed customer that to get refund of the replacement of the order, but customer didn’t
respond till now, we have handled only 7 orders till now.

I will appoint a manager in the warehouse in one week to quality check the shipment outbound
procedure, he will make sure the shipments with our own packaging slip in it and the unmarked
packaging will be used for any order.

This is clearly a mistake from my staff and I accept it that we should always use the packaging without
any logo on it and order will be dispatched from our warehouse.

We will make sure that we will be sending packaging directly to the customer with tracked delivery
service, and will not use the Walmart direct shipping as well in any case next time as well.

Employees are trained now who does the packaging. They are well aware about the drop shipping policy
now. They will always change packaging because we mostly buy stock from Walmart or other retailers,
so they will always dispose of their packaging when receive the new stock.

I have hired one new person who will join duty from Thursday 25 February, he will be responsible for
the outbound shipments, to recheck the packaging and packaging slips.
Before handing over to the courier, it will get rechecked by this new person, so this same mistake
chances will be null.

I have ordered the new packaging that is unmarked without logo etc. This blank packaging will be
available in excess at warehouse, so always new packaging will be used for any orders.

I hope now, this one mistake will not going to repeat ever again, and we will always be identified as
seller when customer will be receiving any package, our own packing slip, invoice will be in blank
packaging.
