NOTICE
10:00 AM - 01:00 PM (UAE TIMINGS) If students have any queries, they can ask the teachers before the
11:00 AM - 02:00 PM (PAK TIMINGS) exam time.
RULES & REGULATIONS For Grades 1 and 2; the exams will be marked out of 50.
1. You should have proper stationary ready with you before exam. For Grades 3 - 8; the exams will be marked out of 100.
2. Have your water bottle with you. For Grades 9; the exams will be according to IGCSE pattern.
3. Don't talk to each other or don't do any random stuff during exam time.
4. Parents should be with the students of primary grades for guidance. Marks distribution will be in 3 parts: 1 part for written exams, 2
parts for oral, projects, assignments, practical, presentations, class
5. You should submit your exam within minimum 10 to maximum 30 minutes after
participation, C.W., H.W.

6. If teachers get to see any cheating behaviour in front of camera, or in submission,
Result cards will be sent to you personally on the provided email till
the paper will be cancelled.

7. If your attendance is below 70% you will not be allowed to sit in exams.
8. Arts exam will be done in the respective arts lecture, the week before exams start, 2nd term for session 2022-2023 will start from 11th of December 2022;
in Week 12. And the Grades of the activities done in that week will be marked and Sunday.

 PAPER INSTRUCTIONS

1. All written exams will be held on Google Forms except for G9.
2. Necessary things needed to start your exam:
Name, Father’s Name, Registration/Admission Number.
(If you write the wrong Reg. No or anything else in that blank, your result will not be released.)
3. Students will have to be present properly with their camera’s switched on in the meeting the whole exam time. Otherwise, their
exam will be cancelled. No such response will be taken or marked by teachers until unless they are instructed to be taken by the
principal herself.
4. Make sure to first do all the questions, the whole exam without taking tension of submission.
5. Questions to be done on form or to be done on notebook; do all together. Be done with the whole exam then come to upload or
submissions.
6. Once done with the whole exam make sure to check your exam 4 to 6 times before submitting.
7. Uploading notebook answers in the form is same as the students have been uploading in Google Classroom.
8. Make only 1 pdf of the sheets required to add and then add the pdf. You can use CamScanner app to make pdf if you dont have any or dont know how to
make pdf. Or you can search online image to pdf on Google and make a pdf online too.

Click on add file option then browse and select the file from your device.
Its same in mobile tab or systems.

9. These options are going to be only twice or thrice in every exam. You wouldn’t be needed to add file a lot. Just finish your exam in
exam time then do the uploading of files if there are such questions in submission time. You will be given enough time for that.
10. You cannot start your exam without putting the necessary personal information told in point 2.
11. Once you click submit button you cannot edit your answers or do the exam again. Check thoroughly beforehand.
12. After submission is done let your teacher know and leave the meeting after getting the permission from her.
13. Don’t make it hard for everyone to do exam and for teachers to invigilate anything. Take turns into asking anything.
14. When teacher or someone else is speaking listen to it. Don’t start speaking in between.
15. Teachers will explain any confusion you get to have in exam just ask them.
16. Give teachers time to answer you, to check your submissions and let you know. Never rush in that regard.
