MINUTES OF THE MEETING

HRPTA meeting and ISSUANCE OF REPORT CARD
GRADE IV – MASIPAG

Date: November 16, 2022

Time: 11:00am-12:00pm

HRPTA meeting started at exactly 11:00am. An attendance sheet was provided

for them. It started with a short prayer led by yours truly, Mr. Darwin B. Victor.

The parents were given a clear explanation of the agendas listed below.

1. Remind pupils of not coming to school late.

2. Accompany your class to the fetching area.
3. No parents inside the school premises unless it is very important.
(In case your parent is a cleaner, issuance of report card or certification.)
4. Observe the EXIT and ENTRANCE GATE usage.
5. In case your student health matters or in any form, make a letter allowing your
students to be fetch by guardians/parents. Make sure to use proper
communication and the use of neat paper.
6. Other matters: Academic Performance, Monitoring of hand, foot and mouth
disease, and Christmas decoration for classroom.

After the discussion, the cards were then distributed to the parents. Majority were satisfied
with their children’s grades. Being generally peaceful and successful, the meeting ended
at 11:50am.

DOCUMENTATION
BAYANIHAN

Educators believe that environment plays a big part in pupils’ learning. And so, if
classrooms are not conducive to learning because of poor condition and some
defective school facilities, education is hindered.
The Quirino Elementary School conducted this month’s Brigada Eskwela also known
as BAYANIHAN on November 16, 2022. Where Parents voluntarily contributed their
time, effort, and resources in ensuring that the school grounds/facilities are clean and
ready for use.
