8 Main Frame Hydraulic Locking Cylinder Adjustment

1. There are two sets of adjust valves, each set controlling three hydraulic cylinders, 3 left and 3 right.
2. When drawing a center line at the countershaft, facing the adjusting valve is defined as front position,
motor/motor pulley location is defined as back position.
Adjust Valve (UPPER) controls hydraulic pressure upwards/rising speed (Chamber Clearing).
Adjust Valve (LOWER) controls hydraulic pressure downwards/descending speed (Locking).
3. Adjusting Method:
UP (Chamber Clearing):
When cylinders in front rise Top Frame up faster than cylinders at back, adjust lower flow valve to reduce
return oil flow speed, to let Top Frame rise up evenly.
When cylinders at back rise Top Frame up faster than cylinders in front, adjust lower flow valve to increase
return oil flow speed, to let Top Frame rise up evenly.
DOWN (Locking):
When cylinders in front let Top Frame descend faster than cylinders at back, adjust upper flow valve to
