1. Check the oil level in the
Release components of
oil tank.
2. Check oil temperature
acc. to thermometer.
3. Check oil pressure acc.
to pressure gauge.
4. Inspect and clear any
foreign material under dust
seal ring that may prevent it
from freely moving with
head.
5. Check power draw on
motor.
6. Check adjustment cap
screws & cap frame for
tightness.
7. Check for loose fasteners
and connections.
8. Check for unusual noise
& changes, indications of
wear or undue strain on
crusher parts.
200 Hours
1. Check V-Belts for
tension wear or cracks.
2. Check for oil leaks in
crusher, pipeline,
cylinder & motor.
3. Check mantle and
concave for tightness.
4. Check cone crusher
discharge gap setting
set value vs. actual
value.
5. Check and clean oil
tank strainer.
6. Check counter shaft
housing air breather.
7. Grease upper frame
and top cell threads via
the lubrication hole on
the upper frame.
8. Check tightness of
tightening nut.
Inspection and Maintenance Periods
300 Hours
1. Change lubrication oil 1.
in lube oil tank. the spherical seat, rotate
back & forth.
2. Change lubrication oil 2. Check lubrication oil for
in Countershaft. dirt and sludge, change if
necessary.
3. Inspect the oil in the oil
tank for metal chips with a
magnet. Occasional small
metal flakes are normal. A
large quantity of chips may
indicate excessive
pressure on bearing &
bushing surfaces or
possible bearing &
bushing failure.
4. Check mantle and
concave for wear.
5. Check top cell liner and
tightening nut for wear.
6. Check seat liner groove,
replace seat liner if groove
is lower than 4 mm.
7. Check seat liner fixing
screws, if loose, remove &
apply locking compound
before putting them back.
