4 Replacing the Eccentric Bushing

Upon abnormal shaking or heavy load on motor during crushing, check bushings on wear. In general, the
Eccentric Bushing should be replaced as soon as 2 mm on one side are worn off: Replace when max. inner
diameter is bigger than 260 mm or when max. outer diameter is smaller than 287.1 mm.

12.4.1 Removing the Eccentric Bushing

First, lift out Eccentric Seat from Main Frame and put it on
work platform.
Remove hexagonal screws (303A) with suitable tools, and
remove Bushing Stopper (3031).

Lift up Eccentric, position it on wooden blocks, and secure it. Put round iron block behind Eccentric
Bushing (3021), and knock Eccentric Bushing loose with hammer.
