Good afternoon! Welcome to Blue Moon Hotel. We are very glad to have you this day. I’m Jenifer,
Receptionist. How may I help you?

Guest: Yes, please. I have a reservation for today. Its under my name Annie Visoria.

Receptionist:
Thank you, Ms. Annie. Let me check for a moment.

I see that you don't have a membership card, but we have an exclusive offer for you. By becoming a
member, you can enjoy additional benefits and rewards during your stay. Would you be interested in
signing up for our membership program?

Guest: Thank you for the offer, but I'm not interested in the membership at the moment.

Receptionist:
Not a problem! We can still check you in. Could you please provide any form of valid ID, such as a
driver's license or passport for verification purposes?

Guest: Sure, here you go.

Receptionist:
Thank you. Could you kindly fill out this registration form with your personal details? It will only take a
few moments.

Guest: Of course, no problem.

Receptionist:
Thank you miss Annie, let me just confirm your reservation in our system.
So, we have reserved a presidential suite for you with king sized bed, non-smoking with ocean view
for two nights.
Check in today, Friday 10 and you will be checking out on May 12, 2024. Is that all, correct?

Guest: Yes, it is all correct.

Receptionist:
Great. May I know your preferred method of payment? We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile
payments.

Guest: "I'll be using my credit card for payment."

Receptionist:
Thank you very much. As part of hotel policy, I will swipe the card for hotel room charges and taxes
as well I will hold one thousand for incidental charges, this will be returned upon your check out and
this incidental deposit will be used if there are any charges incurred by the guest during your stay in
our hotel. Do you have any questions about this?

Guest: No, that is all.

Receptionist:
Excellent, here is your credit card and your ID. Wait for a second please. Sao, this is your reservation
card, Ms. Annie. So, it is your presidential suite that will be on the 5th floor, room number 501, for two
nights, king-sized bed with ocean view and non-smoking. Do You have any question ma’am?

Guest:
Thank you for the Information. I have one question. Well, I would like to know about the hotel facilities
as well.
Do you have meeting rooms?

Receptionist:
Yes, off course m, we have a meeting room with projectors and screens. But it requires additional
charges.

Guest: That is fine. Thank you.

Receptionist:
Well, Ms. Annie, in our hotel, there is a dine-in restaurant which opens from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, a
fitness center, spa, and swimming pool.

Also, thank you for making a reservation in our hotel. We will make sure you will enjoy your stay and
if you need any information or questions regarding your stay or about the hotel, then feel free to
contact me at the front desk. I will assist with better services.

Receptionist:

Guest: The room is fantastic, the view is breathtaking, and the amenities are top-notch. I'm really
enjoying my time here.
