• Very close to commercial zone of farmgate

• The agent point is popular among local people &


students

• Residential area and student hostels are nearby.

• We have touched liked 100 customers. Most of the
customers came for Bkash

• We have discussed what is OK.

• Leaflets were distributed among the customers.

• Many were female customers and they didn’t like


the idea of taking snaps for campaign.

• Customers liked the ideas like bill payment,
remittance. According to them they will use
OK if these services are available.
• They want services like ticket purchase like
cricket game, train service.
• Customers totally took the idea of cutting
balance for balance check and mini statement
negatively.

depositing 50 taka for registering.
