ACTIVITIES
1. Send communication letter to parents
regarding the pick-up schedule of LM.
Indicate group class, pick-up time and date
and section upon giving the letter.
2. Inform parents to prepare activity notebooks.
(If possible, assign colors per grade level or
subject)
3. Teachers are to print a uniformed cover page
to be mounted on the front page of the
notebooks.
4. Post the group classification of all students
per section at the FRONT gate prior to pick-up
schedule.
5. Assign teacher who will be the receiving
personnel once parent is inside the campus.
6. Put signage of the entrance and exit areas.
7. Disinfect classrooms to be used during the
distribution.
8. Prepare tables and chair to be used by the
subject teachers in giving the modules.
9. Assigned committees or teams for inventory
of collected LRs.
10. Conduct an orientation in preparation for
the Distribution and retrieval system to all
teachers.

DISTRIBUTION PROCESS
1. Check temperature, disinfect, and sign the
attendance book.
2. Give ID pass according to Group class
(A-B-C-D).
3. Practice SOCIAL DISTANCING.
4. Check student’s name in the master list and
the assigned room.
5. Follow signage going to the distribution
rooms.
6. Secure Learning module and sign the Log
book indicating that you received the LMs.
7. Once the module is received, exit directly in
the assigned room.
8. Surrender ID pass to the guard.

Proposed RETRIEVAL activities
1. Prepare 4 boxes (per set) where
modules will be placed and 8 boxes for
notebooks.
2. Place boxes outside the classroom.
3. Assign teachers who will assist parents
in dropping LMs and notebooks in the
assigned boxes.
4. Clean the classrooms and disinfect.
5. Assist parent in the exit area after
returning the LMs and notebooks.
6. Disinfect notebooks and LMs.

attendance book.
2. Give ID pass according to Group class
(A-B-C-D).
3. Practice Social Distancing.
4. Proceed to the room where you get the
module.
5. Put notebooks and modules in the box
situated outside the classroom.
