ANNOTATION: To Assess the knowledge of the learners, The
teacher prepares Pre-Test and Post-Test using Quizizz. In this
method the assessment will be more interactive and
enjoyable.
ANNOTATION: Creative use of PowerPoint using colorful
background ,effects and animation is important to engage
with the learners and to help them to focus in the lesson.

The learning tool used in this activity is Mentimeter in which
majority of the students participated.

7.4 Professional reflection & learning to


improve practice

This New Normal situation is indeed very challenging


to all. But as a teacher, I am committed to be well-
adjust on whatever situation we are on. Though it is
hard for everyone I have learned that no matter what
circumstances we are on, as a teacher we are still
responsible to bridge the gap of education to the
learners.
I’m grateful for this LDM, because it serves as
an instrument for us teachers to monitor our progress
and achieve our goals. LDM taught us to be goal
oriented, to be more responsible and be cooperative.
This is all for the sake of education and our
professional development.
This for me is a journey, and this is only the
beginning. I may face many struggles along the way,
but I must overcome it confidently and motivated.
