LDM2 Course for
Instructional Coaches and
Teachers aims to provide
guidance to the field officials in
making informed decisions
related to the implementation of
different learning modalities
appropriate to their context.
3.1 Learner’s gender, needs, strengths,
Individual interests and experiences.
Monitoring Plan

Annotation:
The student is a struggling reader since
grade seven. However, he stopped last
school year, that is why I provided him a
new reading assessment in English. Since
the mode of learning is modular, I
provided the learner printed reading
materials, vodcast lessons and I also paid
him a visit for face-to-face reading
activity. As a result, the student had shown
significant progress in reading English.
His parents are so supportive that he guide
him in answering his modules.
Lesson Exemplars 3.4 Learners in difficult
circumstances.
(DLL,DLP, WHLP)
4.1 Planning and mngt. of
teaching & learning process.

4.2 Learning outcomes

competencies.

5.1 Design, selection,

organization and utilization
of assessment strategies.
Lesson Exemplars
(DLL,DLP, WHLP)
Annotation:
The mode of learning delivery in Suba
Annex is modular learning. We are using
the prescribed modules with the teacher-
made lesson exemplars for the first and
second quarter. On the following quarters,
we followed the use of Learner’s Packet or
LEAP. We made sure that these materials
are matched and aligned to the most
essential learning competencies. Thus, we
provided the parents with weekly home
learning plan so they will be guided in the
monitoring of their children’s schoolwork.
4.5 Teaching and learning resources
Teacher- including ICT.
Made/Modified
Learning Resources
Annotation:
In our school, we identified problems that could be solved
through conducting an action research. One among the
problems is the absence of parateachers that will guide and
help the learners of SNHSGA to understand the lessons in
every subject. As a result, the teachers made a video lesson
called VODCASTING. In this mode of learning delivery, the
students may access or watch the lessons presented by their
teachers in facebook, messenger and even offline; the teachers
sent it through Bluetooth or share it so everyone can access
the vodcast lessons.
Also, the teachers provided self-made activity sheets that can
substantiate the learning competencies needed by them.
7.3 Professional links with colleagues.

Development Activities

Annotation:
New normal education provided an avenue of opportunity
for professional development. Webinars, Virtual trainings and
online courses were offered free to us, teachers. Since it is
pandemic, we attended various virtual trainings that really
helped us in the new normal set-up. It is indeed a blessing in
disguise for us, since we can multitask when attending virtual
meetings and webinars. We can actually be engaged to
different tasks at a time since everything is online now. One
thing that this new set up taught us is, we can maximize our
time at its best when we look at the brighter side on this
situation.
Reflective Summary 7.4 Professional reflection &
learning to improve practice

Annotation:
To be honest, this LDM is an easy task for us because we provided our own artifacts which we really
accomplished and fulfilled. The guidance and motivation given to us by our school head and LAC leader paved
the worry and confusion that it gave us the moment we heard about it.
Doing this LDM practicum gave me a realization and reflection of the entire school year of new normal
education. At first everyone has nothing in mind because of the unforeseen situation, however as day goes on,
we were able to do our duties and responsibilities as educator. Numerous trainings and seminars helped us
survived this school year. We never stopped learning and discovering something new to help and bridge the gap
between the learners and teachers in distance learning.
As we continue our journey in new normal education, we look forward to more engaging activities and tasks
provided for teachers and learners to cater the quality education to the Filipino learners.
5.2 Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress &
MOVs on Engaging achievement.
Learners for their Progress
and Achievement 5.3 Feedback to improve learning.

Annotation:
Conducting online kumustahan
has been a monthly routine for us to
check and monitor students’
progress. Aside from this, we also
have group chat (GC) for everyday
monitoring. We also do home
visitation to those who are not very
responsive students. Parents also
sent pictures of their children doing
the activities.
Professional Engagement

Annotation:
Self-selected Artifacts
Engagement to various programs and projects of the school hone me to be more effective in my craft. I
learned to be a good time manager and a multitasker since we are handling more than two coordinatorship in the
school. I also felt blessed to have had experiences like these that I could treasure in my life.
MOVs on Professional 7.3 Professional links with colleagues.
Engagement with
Colleagues
Annotation:
We were engaged to various LAC sessions, meetings
and webinars with our colleagues. In our school,
teachers have a harmonious relationship that
contributes to the success of the school in different
programs and projects. At the same time, we worked
together and helped each one of us in doing the tasks
assigned to us.
5.4 Communication of learner needs, progress &
MOVs on Engaging Key achievement to key stakeholders.
Stakeholder in the
Teaching-Learning Process 6.2 Engagement of parents & the wider school
community in the educative process.

Annotation:
Stakeholders are one among the pillars of school in
providing quality education to the students. They
helped us sustain the communication to the learners
through being the paramovers of our school in
transporting the SLMs and LEAP to the respective
barangay. These barangay officials proved that they
are one in us in catering the needs of the learners in
times of pandemic.
