1. Promote environment protection campaign for public
• Call agencies, customers and staffs to participate in contributing to the donation fund and participate in 100% CSR

Data Quality: Data quality is one of the areas of focus for transforming our risk and control
environment. To lead this effort, we have established a Data Governance team to track the flow of
data within the company and to improve our technology and processes. During 2021, the team
began build up the data mart, mapping the flow of data across different parts of the organization
from end-to-end.

() There are 5 maturity levels for a risk management model rated from ad-hoc risk management approach (level 1) to advanced risk management system (level 5). Our current risk management model is rated at level 3, which means that risk management
practices are well defined, documented and there is consistent application across all business unit functions, and there is good use of evidence-based data and more sophisticated risk management techniques to support risk informed decision making and
provide risk-based assurance that risks are being managed effectively. We aim to establish an integrated risk management model (level 4) in 2025. At this level, risk management practices are partially integrated within the business’s structures and people
capability. There is strong use of evidence-based data and advanced risk management techniques to support risk informed decision making.
