• An update to WorkSafe is schedule for 1800 hrs Monday 22nd May
• General software updates
• ‫تحديث عام للنظام‬
• Activation of the optional 14-day validation
• ‫ يوم‬14 ‫تغيير صالحية التصريح لمدة‬
• Addition of a Risk Hazard column
• ‫اضافة عمود يبين مستوى الخطورة‬
• Alignment of PA by Company for permit issue.
• ‫تقييد نظام البحث عند األصدار من قبل السي سي‬
• PA accepting contact number to be entered.
• ‫اضافة رقم الهاتف عند القبول‬
• General bugs fixes
• ‫معالجة لبعض الشوائب في النظام والتي تسبب تأخير في التنقل بين المجلدات‬
• Formatting of screen layouts
• ‫تحسينات في واجهة المستخدم‬

‫تمديد صالحية التصريح لحد ‪ 14‬يوم سيكون خيارا‬

‫متاحا لألعمال التي تتطلب ذلك‬

‫مدير الموقع سيرجع التصريح الى ‪7‬‬

Permit Validation ‫مصادقة ا لتصريح‬

• The 14-day validation period is optional –

‫ يوم سيكون لالعمال طويلة األمد‬14 ‫• التصريح النافذ‬
‫• مثل المدنية واعمال األنشاءات الخاصة بخطوط األنابيب واعمال اآلبار‬

• Activities that the Site Manager may consider for a 14-day validation period are
those that are of long duration and the work scope does not change
• Civils work
• Flowline construction
• Well pad construction
Permit Hazard Level ‫مستوىا لخطورة‬

• A new Hazard Level column has been added to assist the Area Authority and Site
Manager identify permits based on their hazard level
• ‫سيظهر مستوى الخطورة في قائمة التصريح وفي كل المراحل لمساعدة الجميع في تحديد كمية األعمال‬
‫عالية الخطورة والمتوسطة‬
Permit Issue ‫اصدار ا لتصريح‬

• When the CC selects the Issue to box the list of available PA’s will only show PA’s
by Performing Company
 PA Department ‫ا لقسم ا لخاصب سلطة ا لتنفيذ‬

• When the PA is drafting the permit select from the dropdown which department
they are working for.

• ‫سيكون المنفذ قادر على اختيار القسم الذي يعمل لصالحه ضمن نفس الشركة‬
PA Contact Number‫رقم ا لهاتف‬

When the PA accepts their permit,

they must enter their contact number

‫سيكون سلطة التنفيذ قادر على اضافة رقم هاتفه عند القبول‬
