Lifelong Wellness Application Paper


Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1.

What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this General Education
class?

What I learned about lifelong wellness is that I can build strength in my body and
confidence for myself. Also It showed me that I can release stress and focus. Our
instructor showed us step by step and made me feel that I should be embarrassed
because everyone is also, which made me feel comfortable in the first few weeks of
class.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


The information that I learned while taking this class is if I am in danger I have
ways to using defense technique and offensive techniques to help me end it as soon as
it started. Also I was able to practice with both my hand and legs to synchronies each
other to get both in a fast speed. Even if I don't use these things in a while my muscle
has memorized the force in which i can practice again and still have it in my memory the
pressures in the body.
3. What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life and
why?
My intention is to at least know some defense mechanism so if anything happen I
can used it on them and at least get away from the attacker. Another thing also is that I
learned some Korean language and able to practice more on it to able to understand
and speak in Korean.
4. General ideas for improving this course?
In taking this course I think the course was great as how the teacher was
teaching it and I actually don't have and general ideas for improving it.
