Description of defective works:

Cables are not dessed properly in the cable trays , also the cable tray bends and cable trays itself found missing at some places.Photos are attached
for reference.

Corrective Action:

Cables should be dressed properly inside the cable trays and cable trays and including its bends should be provided at required areas to presrve its
confirmity.

To preserve the confirmity of cables,it should be dressed properly inside the cable trays and should not be left loose, also the cable trays and bends
should always be provided as per cable tray drawing and avoid these type non confirmance in future.
