The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) is an autonomous, non-profit, non-


partisan and non-discriminatory indigenous non-government charitable organization. Since
its establishment FGAE has been working to promote Sexual Reproductive Health and
Family Planning services. Current it has eight Area Offices that operate all over the country.

The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) needs audit service from an authorized
audit firm.

The Scopes of the Service are:

Conduct Financial Audit directed to examination of books of accounts and financial statement
for the year 2011 ending December 31,2011. Interim reports, Management Letter and final
Audit Report will be the major outputs of the engagement. The final report will be expected on
or before March 15, 2011.

All authorized audit firms who fulfill the following requirements and classified as (GRADE A) by
the office of the Federal Auditor General are invited for the bid. Interested firms are expected to
submit evidences of the following requirements:

Professional license;
Trade license;
Evidence for paying current years tax;
Tax payers identification number (TIN No.);
Renewed license from the office of the Auditor General.

The prospective firm shall declare whether it has the requisite personal qualification, experience,
reasonable skill, care and diligence in the performance of the service in accordance with
recognized professional standards. Having professional staff and valid experience in the area
are basic requirements.

Assess the extent of the financial audit work required by observing the documents
available with Finance Division of FGAE and specify the time required to complete the job.
Develop proposal and declare the amount of audit fee to be changed for the audit work.
Submit all necessary documents (CV, Credential etc) that authenticate the qualification
and experience of the staff and confirm assignment of required professional on job
required for the financial audit.

Scope of Work

The Property Administration Specalist is responsible to ensure proper delivery and
issuance of properities/supplies inlcuding record keeping. The Property Administration

Specialist reports to the Senior Director, Finance and Admin until the General Service

Key responsiblities will be the following


Ensures every property movement is supported by the required
documentation, and related records are timely and accurately updated,
Performs functions related to maintaining the Agency fixed asset register

Presents purchase request to the Department Manager for supplies and
other related resources based on the level of inventory and requirements of
functional and program areas requirements,
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Departments Manager
