Sell $5 high-five button to earn a raffle ticket

4:30pm AV Lights and soundboard set up


Set up music inside auditorium and out with Bluetooth speakers
Have one microphone for comedians

4:30pm Theme Decorations include:

Balloons w/helium
Rubber chickens

Logo stickers
Smile tattoos
Gilda's and Laughfest brochures
Streamers

6:30pm Activities 3 8’ tables


1- Photo Booth & Create one Take one
2- Chicken throwing games (2 of them; 1 table for each game)
Photo booth (Lauhgfest provides props)
T1C1- sticky notes on black butcher paper on wall. Take one when leaving

6:30pm F&B 2 8’ tables


Popcorn machine, popcorn (215 people), oil, bags, pop (215 people)
Provided by GV Career Center & Catering
F&B team purchases flavored and regular salt
All items stored in Gail’s office after being picked up on Monday 3/12
*popcorn machine must be by outlet

9:45/10pm M&G w/ Drew Agent will bring merchandise for purchase
