Sub- Remote calibration internal testing and CPCB Demo for CEMS analysers at Cement plant.

SN Enviro Engineer carried out the following jobs.

1. SN Enviro Engineer Visited the Cement Plant on 20/01/2020

2. Done the Communication between Adage (Siemens) CEMS Analyser and Remote Calibration IOT Device at
both CEMS Analyser stations at Line 1 & Line 2.Also tested the functioning of SOV’s.
3. Completed the internal testing of Remote calibration from Hyderabad successfully for Two CEMS stations
at Cement Plant and calibration was passed in IOT device. Cylinders of Zero, SOX, NO gas were available at
both the stations.
4. In TPP plant the internal testing of line 1&2 Stations from Hyderabad was not successful due to more
deviation observed in the IOT device for span gas concentration and span calibration value drift
adjustment is not available in the instrument.
5. In TPP a new Siemens Stack analyser was going to be installed in the month of February and Forbes
marshal instrument will be disconnected from online monitoring after commissioning of new analyser.
6. Regarding CPCB Demo SN Enviro will forward the required documents of station 1& 2 to their Software
team to place request for Demo.
7. SN Enviro asked to provide the old data for uploading through their server as required by CPCB to place
the request to CPCB for taking Demo.
8. Rest of the work is completed from SN Enviro Side and the delay for CPCB demo is from CPCB Side only.
9. Regarding CPCB Data Uploading SN Enviro taking the data from IOT Device and uploading the same to
CPCB through their Server.
10. SN Enviro will inform and Support to complete the demo as soon as they receive mail from CPCB Prior the
Demo.

M/S SN Enviro Engineer Mr.Manikantha has left the site on 29/01/2020 at 4.00pm.
